Wonderful hidden gem. Great design, private spot, close to many things but very peaceful and quiet. Although it is not big (it is a tiny house after all), it does have everything you need. Hosts are very helpful with tips and very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend to stay here!

This little house is a dream, with views of vineyards at the back, and situated in a peaceful village. It's very well equipped, with everything you could possibly need for a short or a long stay.
You will need a car if you stay here - it's a 10 minute drive to the nearest shops etcetera. But that is a perfectly OK trade-off for peace and tranquility, I would say.
Ksenija was a perfect host, communicating swiftly and super responsive when I had a minor issue that needed attention.

The house is fully equipped, clean and pretty. The host took care of everything what we need. The fridge was full of fresh fruits, vegetables, water and wine. Cozy, authentic, comfortable apartment, 2 baths, clean, tidy, serviceable. Wonderful location - sea, mountains, bike paths, wonderful landscapes with vineyards, tasted local prosecco and wine from the owner. The owner - Davor himself is an extraordinarily warm-hearted person, thank you very much! We will definitely back!
Our host was great, so sweet and helpful with any questions we might have had. The apartment was clean and cosy, everything was all new and had everything we needed to cook dinner. In the back yard was a pool, which we had all to ourselves. There is a parking spot reserved for the apartment. All in all a great experience, what I can recommend to anyone wanting to visit this area, close to the Italian border.
Lovely owners, charming estate, great restaurant within walking distance. The places to visit in the Karst region are all close (Stanjel, caves, river Reka, Lipicca…)
We also very much enjoyed the horse carriage ride.

The house was very well-equipped and had everything we needed. The decorations were charming, and the attention to detail was impressive. The welcoming was really good, making us feel right at home. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this place!
Incredible apartment - stylish design, everything is new, cleanliness is perfect! Comfortable beds and soft pillows, kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Beautiful crockery. Washing machine and pods to it. Underfloor heating and large electric towel rail. There is a sauna and heated swimming pool on the territory. Own parking lot.
