Barbara was really helpful. We arrived really late at night and she was asking and waiting for us to arrive safe. She gave us a lot of useful information and answer all our questions. We loved the house, it’s a really nice view in a peaceful town. It is worn and cozy. The sofa bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. We will definitely come back!

It was a perfect place for our family with kids. Away from the crowds, set in a beautiful environment very near the Soca river. The access to the river was very easy and there was a beautiful beach with pools to swim in. Great place to explore the mountains as well as easy access for fishing. The house is very comfortable.

First and foremost we liked the hosts, Boris and Susanna. They were friendly, generous with their time, provided historical information, were very helpful when we didn’t plan ahead for our dinner, and fun to talk to. They made us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent.
Second, my husband loved the sauna in our room! He was “finally warm”!
Third, although we arrived grumpy due to a long day through the Julian Alps and then the unexpected mountain roads to the apartment, we were soon lifted up by the lovely green village with clean air, small village, and country sounds. We changed from regretting the booking to feeling it was the best we’d had!
- Although a family with young children was in the apartment above us. we heard nothing.
- One room in the building is a small museum about the village and the lifestyle of residents in earlier years. Old photographs showing how the buildings looked prior to restoration were especially great.
- There was a plenty of room for young children to run and play safely, a picnic table for eating outside, eggs to collect, and a relaxing location.

Breakfasts were exceptional- a huge selection of many kinds of foods, mostly homemade. Dinners were delicious home cooked five course meals (or less if that’s too much). Nice walks in the area right from the farm, and lots of other fun things to do within a short drive.

If you're looking for a cottage for a quiet and undisturbed holiday, this is the one. After long walks, the hot tub was just in time! Great location.
The cottage is almost invisible from the road, but following the directions sent by the owner, everything is easy to find.
The apartment was cozy and nice, and the bed was really comfortable. The location is just amazing; it's on a quiet street but still really close to the center of Bovec. Bovec is a charming town located between mountains, close to all attractions in the Soča Valley (Triglav, the Great Soča Gorge, Tolmin Gorge, Waterfall Kozjak, etc.). We are definitely planning to come back.
It’s a beatiful built hotel on a beautiful location. View all around on the mountains. Nice lobby with a fireplace and a sauna with a rooftop terrace with a view. Rooms also very nicely designed.
The location of the accommodation was very good, it was clean, well laid out, friendly. We made full use of the extra sauna option and the fireplace! The host was also very kind, I strongly recommend this super little nook to everyone ❤️
Convenient location in the centre of Bovec, near to shops, bars, restaurants. Good location to be able to explore the Soca Valley and take part in various activities. We did a 10 mile, very scenic hike from the hotel. Rooms very modern and very generous size, with good views of the mountains. We were able to book the sauna/hot tub area for one hour private use, which is included within the stay. This was fabulous, sited on the roof of the hotel with great panoramic views. A relaxing experience after our hike.
The best glamping/campsite we've ever stayed at! It had such a nice relaxed atmosphere and all the staff were so welcoming. The cottage we stayed in was lovely and cosy, the bed was really comfy and the bathroom and kitchen facilities were practically brand new. Peter is an excellent host with so many recommendations for hikes and restaurants in the local area. We went rafting and canyoning while we were there, both were excellent. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to the area!
The apartment and the place for stay was fantastic with the mountains view and with the fireplace in the evening. Also the owner is very nice person trying to be helpful. He suggested a super mountain hiking track and sauna to relax after we came back
Located by a little river. Easy to reach many local attractions, Bovec town with supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria. There is everything for self catering- kitchen, barbeque facilities. Everything is spotlessly clean. Our cottage was very cosy, clean and warm. Peter the host is very helpful with everything and willing to help with any questions.
