Superb location with a terrace overlooking the bay where we would see distant dolphins. HIghly recommend for families as the property is comfortable and has the extras you need like washing machine, larger drying rack, lots of pegs, extra quilts etc.! coffee machine. We had wetsuits so the drying room downstairs was perfect. The village itself has a lovely little harbour, superb free swimming pool (sea water) with great little burger bar, kids loved it. Within very easy reach of the main whale watching town Lajes. Walter the host was a very kind and attentive host who showed us down to the pool on arrival. Pico and this property have been wonderful !

The property is beautiful, we had a house with 2 floors, spacious rooms, overall cosy place. Garden is beautiful, we sat outside every evening enjoying the view. Also, we got a kind gifts from the owner.
Love the quaint stone cottages overlooking the water. Wonderful front deck to sit out on surrounded by beautiful flowers and ocean views. The staff was very responsive and helpful. They left us a big canister of delicious ground coffee, a loaf of local bread and a jar of absolutely delicious passion, fruit jam.

The house is very beautiful and was neatly prepared with tasty bread etc. for breakfast. There is a fire station and table to eat outside, which was cosy.
House was very cosy, with all mod cons and on a beautiful spot facing the ocean. we could watch dolphins from our dinner table! Very well equipped, clean linens and welcoming hamper with bread, wine and cheese. Felt like coming home.
2 min walk to the sea with a nice natural pool. there is also an adega to have a snack and drink at the evening. the house is absolutely nice, cosy and charming. we would had love to stay more than two nights. at the last day we had a tropical storm and the host gave us the chance to stay longer due to the bad weather conditions. we were happy we didn’t need to.
You are in your own private cottage with a bedroom, bathroom, dining room, full kitchen and washer machine. Outside you have a beautiful patio with amazing views overlooking the ocean and a wood fire bbq grill. They have multiple cottages, some by the waterfront and some in the hills so make sure to book the one that fits your wishes.
The host/receptionist is very friendly, super responsive through calls and Whatsapp. She was very timely, professional and super honest. 10/10
The location is simply magnificent. The view is stunning. Overall the area is very quiet, peaceful and beautiful. There is a swimming are very close by. The house itself is very charming and well equipped with all the amenities. The terrace is a great place for a morning tea or coffee. Bruno is a great host, always available and attentive.
