The location was amazing. It was quiet and comfortable. The tonic any city slick looks for. Our hosts - Anabela & Álvaro, were very kind and attentive, and went the extra mile to meet all our needs. Casa de Campo dos Távoras is truly an oasis of hospitality, comfort and beauty. We loved it. We highly recommend it to anyone escaping the maddening crowds.

My review of the stay at Casa do Terreiro is very simple: it was one of the best vacation stays I've ever had. The house is cool in the summer, excellent habitability, has everything you need to be at home and cook at home. The bath facilities/bathroom is excellent, flawless. I really liked the decoration. The person responsible for hosting is extremely friendly and competent. She left us several good things to prepare our breakfast. It even has a coffee machine and coffee! It was a great experience. The place where the house is located is very calm, which is great for a good night's sleep. Too bad the holidays are over!

Perfect location, right over the road from the medieval bridge. Easy access to central Mirandela. Lovey self catering flat. Jose, the landlord, and Jose's Mum, who has a shop next door were both as helpful and lovely as could be!
We had a very good meal at Restaurante O Recanto, a short walk away. Mirandela is a pretty town, well worth a visit.
Very charming host Bruno! Excellent walkable location, tho' if you have a car the area has enough street parking. Located in the historic center with lots of cobbled hilly side streets, cute riverside main street with specialty shops, sidewalk cafes and restaurants.
The property was excellent: comfy bed, clean spacious bathroom, nice and cozy. The hostess Anabela and her husband Alvaro went out of their way to help us in our stay - they recommended nice walks, booked restaurants for us and helped with other miscellaneous things.
