The staff was very good. We needed to catch an early ferry I. The morning so they made us a very lovely box breakfast to take with us. They also made sure we settled in even though we were late arriving due to flight cancellations.

Had a great stay at Casas de Verdelho. The host is super helpful and took me for grocery shopping as we didn't have a car. Also arranged for pickup and drop off at airport. House is clean and well stocked with the essentials.

The location was amazing with views of the sunset and a broad view of the surrounding hills leading down to the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to prepare our own dinners and breakfast and then eat out in the patio at the picnic table. The whole property was a perfect garden with dragon trees and many other beautiful flowering plants - certainly the most peaceful stop on our visit to the Azores! The pool was very refreshing after a day of hiking on Pico. We would definitely return if visiting Pico Ilha again and highly recommend Aldeia dos Caldeiroes

Beautiful location and charming room maintaining the charm of the volcanic rock structure. The pool was lovely and we appreciated the free accessible washing machine with complimentary laundry soap. We loved this pretty and cozy two bedroom house. The interior looks some better than photos on booking app. Despite of proximity to airport, planes there are not frequent, and not disturbing at all, I can say that place is quiet a lot. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen have all necessary utensils with the dishwasher which was very helpful.
A very tranquil location, nice spacious cabin, lots of privacy and places to relax, incredibly kind and helpful staff. They’ve got lots of great info about the island and there’s a partner restaurant that is very nice as well.

Very comfortable beds and blankets, small but cosy space. Exceptional reception from the house owner! Welcome items like home made jam, tea and coffee, and some toys for our small one 😊. All the basics available for cooking and bath. The front terrace is very pleasant when the weather is good. Excellent, quiet place for resting and long walks.
