The location was quiet but walking distance to nice restaurants, cafes, bars etc. It's a cute place and great value for friends travelling together to have a room each. The host was really helpful sending information over WhatsApp and letting us check-in early.

A great place in every way. Very charming and cozy. Easy check in instructions. It has everything you need, AC, coffee machine, plates, cups, silverware, pans, iron, hair blower, etc. We loved it and wished to stay longer. We did NOT mind to go up the stairs (actually enjoyed to be able to exercize).
Nice cozy hotel right on the border of the moder city centre and the cozy and romantic Alfama neoghbourhood. Good breakfast, cofee and cake available during the day. Definitely recommended.

Cosy cabins showing that a lot of care have been put into them. Good breakfast everyday; quiet and peaceful location; with cooking facilities and a lot of glassware and cutlery; staffs were really nice, especially Bia at the check in. My friend forgot his Apple Pencil and had been alerted immediately.
Beautifully restored heritage building. Exacting detail and artistic interior makes for a very
welcoming and comfortable stay. The whole team are a joy and assist with any questions and arrangements. Homemade food delicious 😋
The apartment was exceptionally clean and up to date. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on and the kitchen was easy to use. It was very cozy and romantic! The bathroom was luxurious with an amazing bath. Our days have felt like a dream. Mr Mao was very attentive to detail and available to our needs.
We were given a room upgrade for free and without asking, the staff was extremely kind and helpful, the location was perfect, the hotel was cosy and charming, the room was spacious and romantic, yummy pasteis for breakfast. All perfect ! We will come back soon!
