Loads of space inside and out. The pool was cold, though they had a hot tub which allowed cold swimming and then warming up after. I got quite addicted to my morning cold plunges! All the rooms have beautiful views and are enormous.

I don’t usually write reviews but this place is amazing. It is operated by a wonderful couple who try to renovate a beautiful estate which is like a mini Downton Abbey. Visit them it is a beautiful place wonderful building and garden and every little detail has been taken care of

Nice host, especially Ruben,who gave us the keys, was very welcoming and answered all our questions :) It was relatively close to the attractions, grocery stores and main roads.

We loved everything about our stay! The accommodation is just as described, perfectly clean and neat. Spacious room with spacious bathroom. Ample parking. Amazing breakfast. We arrived very late (after midnight) but were warmly welcomed and escorted to our room. Pineapple glasshouse tour was interesting, informative and fun! Edgar was fantastic! Finally, the joy of relaxing in the spa-pool in-between rows of pineapples is hard to describe! Just fantastic! Big Thank You to Luis, Edgar and the team for the passion, effort and emotion they put in welcoming guests to their plantation and the old family home. The house was perfect! Even better than in the pictures. It has 3 full bathrooms and 4 rooms for at least 8 people. We were 5 adults and the house was simply perfect, it was all new. Only 5 minutes by car from Pont Delgada city center.

We had a really hard time finding the place. The directions were pretty much right, but it's just a really hard to spot location. The owner was extremely helpful in helping us find it.

This lovely clean comfortable renovated traditional Azorean cottage is located within close driving distance of supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, and sights. We could drive anywhere on the island with ease. Well equipped kitchen. The outdoor area, with new furniture and umbrella, was a great place to share family meals. Responsive owner. Very well set up for a young family/baby with cot, high chair & bath (although we didn’t need it).
The staff was nice and available to help us with all the issues and questions. There is a parking spot inside and just across the street, there is another one that belongs to the solar. It was so pleasant to hear the birds around. The sauna was just inaugurated, and we got to enjoy it. Internet worked well with no issues.

Value for money for the price paid in early April. Stayed in 110 bungalow overnight. It exceeded expectations , it was very modern and clean. It was a quiet location even with a wedding taking place in the main building.
We stayed at a charming little bungalow, the view was stunning, and our host was great: we got there late by plane, late check in was not a problem and we were provided many local snacks just in case we were hungry when we arrived. She also had lots of great tips on activities!
Everything was clean, great value for money. There's a pool (be aware: not heated :D )
This place is a gem. Amazing view over the ocean and the island, lovely apartments/bungalows, free parking, pool, barbecue area, laundry room, super friendly staff. This is not for those who want extreme luxury or comfort. But those who are a bit flexible and have an adventurous spirit, will be more than satisfied! WE LOVED IT! Cozy, quiet and revealing this breathtaking landscape. I doubt there is better value for money on the island!
Bungalow was separate and was really good. Fully equipped kitchen, good air quality management, cosy view around and outside. Cosy dining area. Nicely illuminated hotel area in evening. It could be perfect place for young couple.
Great location near the sea, great view from the terrace, very tasteful breakfast, cozy beds and enough parking space. The staff is extremely friendly. The swimming pool and sauna are also very nice. There's a grocery store just across the street.
