Maria, Pavli and the whole family were very kind and showed us great hospitality. They gave us fruits upon arrival and even offered that we join them for dinner.
The apartment was big and brand new. It was clean and contained everything we needed for out stay.
It's the best place we've been to as of yet, especially for that price.
I highly recommend that you stay here!
P.S they have 2 cute dogs, Monica and Beam. Make sure to give them a pet.

Pros:
- great geographic location. View towards the sea with even a little bit of sea-view from the house location. No houses obstruct the view towards the valley in front of the house.
- Outside area is spacious with separated area (pool 8x4m, coal-barbecue and seating area with pavilion)
- Landlord was very friendly and if you had issues tried to help you instantly
- Kitchen suitable for 6 guests. Huge refrigerator. New oven.
- 1st floor rooms (2 bathrooms + 3 double rooms, one with AC) are big enough for comfort.
Good to know:
- Owners two dogs run free in the area using the green in front of the house as their loo (sometimes the terrace too)
- The pool was frequently cleaned by ourselves. Then the quality was acceptable
- There is animal farming located in the valley in front of the house. Lots of sheep and shepherd-dogs. So even at night a lot of barking and animal noises. More flies than other locations.
- Moderate amount of mosquitoes
- You definitely need a car (or you can walk about 45 min to the beach)

Very comfortable house, spacious and clean. Area is gated for residents only, so feel very secure here. Pool and area around is well cared for, we had everything needed in the kitchen for cooking.

Large, light, confortable room, beautiful balcony with views to the olives's garden. Amazing and special pool, very relaxing, as it was just into the impressive Mediterranean garden. Alcantarilha little town was really charming with two super little restaurants
Lovely penthouse apartment with a hughe terrace, and amazing view. Well equipped, cosy, spacious rooms. Just in the center, above a supermarket. It also has a very useful underground garage. The host is a lovely lady, she answers immediately and helps with everything. Our stay there was fantastic!
The property in itself was beautiful, the rooms were modern, clean and well equipped - everything around was quiet and peaceful. The facilities at the residences were great - the indoor and outdoor pools, steam and sauna rooms along with gym, + within close proximity to the beach and the city; everything was easily accessible. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow and flexible making the process smooth for us.

Such a great property! Only 3 rooms, hence very peaceful and in the countryside. Nice swimming pool and jacuzzi with sun-beds. The owners were very nice with us. The room was very very nice, very new with a very comfortable mattress and nice furniture. Breakfast was ok. I would definitely come back again!

We really liked 2 bedroom villa, good swimming pool and football pitch. Apartments well equipped with most stuff you need for self catering holiday
Everything was good and more than expected. Tanya was charming, knowledgeable and happy. The free parking was a bonus. Excellent location with local restaurants plus a fantastic Indian restaurant. Very good value for money.
