Very welcoming owner that gives a lot of great advice to visit the island. They even called a local guide for whale spotting for us. The restaurants they recommended were close by, easy to reach and had great local food.The location is very close to the city.

The hosts are of exceptional hospitality!!! We felt like we were at our parents' home. The house is well equipped (microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and drying machine) as well as very well decorated. The hosts have a garden with plenty of different plants as well as chickens. We were lucky to live there at the moment when new chicks were born - so our daughters have spent quite some time with them. The house is situated on the main street of Porto Judeu with few restaurants and a little shop nearby (a bigger supermarket is 5 minutes away by car). Any point of Terceira is accessible in max 35 minutes by car. Thank you very much, Joao and Manuela!!

Where to start? The house is just perfect. It is cosy, charming, beautiful and very quiet. It is full equipped even a wonderful bbq on the patio. We loved every single detail, decoration and they welcomed us with a fantastic bottle of wine and queijadas dona amelia (best dessert ever that you must eat every day you stay in Terceira).
Cozy cottage-like apartments in a lovely agrotourism farm. Very friendly and helpful hosts that although do not speak english are always there with their phones to translate and communicate with you. Great value for money.
We had a fantastic stay at Alluar lodge. Our room was cozy, clean and very comfortable. The view was very beautiful. The breakfast hamper was also a highlight each morning. There is a lovely communal area to relax in , as well as a swimming pool area and garden overlooking the sea. The hosts were wonderful and made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend.
We loved our short stay at Alluar Lodge! The owners, Luciana and Alberto, provided useful information about places and monuments to visit. The bungalow was cute, had everything we needed and the views of the ocean from the balcony were gorgeous! The breakfast was absolutely delicious!
This family-run business is enchanting under every point of view. The house is set in the quiet countryside of Terceira, the hosts are caring and kind and they will do their best to provide you with everything you need, their home made food is fresh and tasty (super recommended!) and the rooms are cozy and very clean.

It was our fifth time at this hotel. We always choose this hotel due to its excellent quality and perfect location. Rooms are very comfortable and cozy. Breakfast buffet is perfect and of excellent quality products. Personal staff are very charming and helpful.
This is among the best hotels and experiences in Angra do Heroismo based on the room we were allocated. The location is on the main square, yet the rooms facing the garden are very quiet. They have facilities such as hot tub, sauna, gym.
Highly recommend! Fabulous stay with a lovely view of the sea. Luís was very helpul in arranging local activities for us to take part in. We also got a chance to feed the young calves. Luís was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions patiently.
The garden is very tranquil, and a great place to relax in or have an outdoor meal, and look at the idyllic village around.
We also availed of the hot tub in the garden.
As a bonus Luna would visit every day to say hi!
