G&G area & no issue at the guard post- House was clean & spacious with plenty of beds & pillows. Getting the key & access card is very easy as host gave the instructions clearly. Quiet housing area & not much traffic within the housing area. Plenty of shops & restaurants nearby(less than 5 mins drive).

Sangat2 recommended. This homestudio very comfy, cozy and complete facilities. The owner also so nice. Lokasi pun strategic, level bawah ada zus coffee, kedai mamak, 7E cafe. Just perfect. Till we meet again
I do understand the owner inform we can used the coffee, tea and sugar available in the cabinet,but I do appreciate if the owner can prepare or put the item in container and store nicely.
I love that it has Coway water filter so we could stay hydrated all the time.

It has great ambience and cosy.
The host is also very friendly and responsive. Location is very strategic and there are few restaurants, convenience store and clinic in the same building.
family friendly. the host was helpful and give clear instructions on how to check in. it was cozy. the place was situated strategically and it was convenience to find almost anything. me and my family really enjoyed staying here, and the kids was really happy.
maybe need few fixing here and there but its something that can be overlook as the place was comfortable at a good price.
