The location was just nice. A lot of shops and *kedai makan* nearby if you know shortcuts. Even using the mainroad it is about 6 - 7 kilometer only to TF Value and such. Very near to the Outlets. The house and swimming pool is well kept and clean.

It have a total of 4 rooms and with 4 extra single mattresses given. All rooms are equipped with aircond.

- I prefer called a homestay with small private pool. Not ''Villa'' as you imagine. "Villa" supposed to mean a large and luxurious country house.
- The host was so friendly.
