Absolutely marvelous place! Cosy, clean, comfortable house for family vacations.Close to the main promenade with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. Rita, the host, is very helpful and gave us a lot of useful information. There is everything you need in the house, and you feel like at home! Made with love. The boat was lovely. Charming, clean and equipped with everything you might need - 2 bedrooms, a small kitchen, toilet, aircon, fans, shower inside and outside, 2 sunbeds, 2 small bikes to easily reach the beach in 10 minutes or go take dinner.
Everything was clean and Giacomo was the most welcoming and helpful host.
The pier was also very quiet and private, a beautiful place to enjoy a sunset from. A quite unique stay and a dreamy experience, we loved it.
Realy clean and cozy! The apartment has everything You need. I was there with a small, really peacky child So the kitchen was really usefull. And So close to the sea. 2min by foot. And the host, Elisa, a great gal. Im sure we will be back !
Very comfortable place. Clean and cozy, modern equiped. Evrything you need is within a walking distance. Even you want to travel arround you are very happy with this place as it is just to the train station in Viarrego. Our hosts were great, give us veru useful tip and hints what and when to visit. Usage of free sunbeds and umbrella at the beach club is one of the greatest bonus here. Again, so kind persons were our hosts. We will be happy to book it once we visit Viareggo again.

To get to the beach, you really need the bicycle. It is approximately 10/15 minutes biking.

Versilia Mia was the perfect place to stay for our short stop in Viareggio. The room was very clean and had all necessary amenities, including a small fridge. Location is central and the building is located on a nice, charming street. Conad City supermarket and a great Pasticceria (Nilo’s) around the corner for coffee and pastry. It was easy to find parking on the street. The hosts were super accommodating and answered questions as well as going the extra mile to help out with a question we had about our arrival. Thank you and recommend!
It is 15 min forest walk from the most stunning beach I have ever seen - huge sandy coastline with everything you need and very clean.
The camping is big and very well organised, the bungalows are comfortable and cosy, there is well supplied shop and a lovely restaurant with delicious food and kind staff.
