It's a beautiful property, an absolute gem. It is clean, relatively spacious and well maintained. We loved waking up to the scenery outside. Staff is very nice and cheerful, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious too. I am definitely going back there!

Location is excellent, just 5 mins walk from St Marks Square. Property is very clean, charming and had everything we needed. The communication from the owners was very helpful, from how to get from the airport to the accommodation, to gondola rides, checkin, sights to see. Can't fault our stay, thank you so much.

It is perfectly located in Canareggio, not too loud/touristy and close enough to things you want to see in Venice. Very cozy charming room, clean, cute!

This accommodation is just as charming as the name implies! Quiet rooms and convenient location in the less hectic district of Dorsoduro. Breakfast is a special treat…delivered in a cosy and beautifully designed breakfast room. Food is delicious and staff always friendly and accommodating. This is our 3rd stay here and we will hopefully be back here again!!
The location is great! 25 minutes walk to the Piazza San Marco, close to the vaporetto stop to take you to Murano. In the neighbourhood there are plenty of cozy restaurants and it is an area where more locals live. Very cozy breakfast area with a charming view over the channel. The room was very clean.
I also got tips for the local restaurants from the Reception and they were very kind to arrange a take away breakfast since I was leaving pretty early.
Highly recommend and will come back again.

Fantastic location. Close to everything but lovely and peaceful. Cosy and comfortable with everything we needed in the apartment. Fabulous, charming old building. Felt like I was getting a flavour of what it's like to live in Venice.
The location was fabulous! Walking distance from all main points but also in a very local neighbourhood with many places (bars /restaurants..) locals would go to.
The room was sooooooo lovely! Charming, cosy, romantic, well equiped!

Hotel Capri was close for refurbishment so we was moved to Hotel Carlton at the Grand Canal. They upgraded our room for free with view on Grand canal so we could enjoy great view on canal and night streets and wake up to charming misty morning. Dinner and breakfast was excellent and staff was very professional and kind. There is bar with sitting in front of hotel so you can enjoy glass of wine watching Grand canal. Room was cozy in traditional style with big bathroom and fairly clean. Was pretty romantic stay.
