Room was super clean and comfy bed. Owner's were super responsive and kind. Would be a lovely spot in busy season for beach, but I was just there for a pit stop- wanted a quiet peaceful spot with a good restaurant on my way from Tuscany to Fiumicino Airport

Friendly welcome person, all clean, warm and an amazing pleasant smell in the bedroom. All you need is there and is cozy. The snacks for breakfast are covering all needs. Easy to find a parking place.
Such a cozy resort. The staff are wonderful and so friendly. They were available to shuttle us to town and give us recommendations for restaurants and things to do and see.
Clean, cosy, nicely decorated, good location, coffee shop right next door, plenty of towels, good shower, bidet, kitchen facilities, aie conditioning, parking. Easy communication with owner.
Claudia has cozy , comfy, and clean accommodation, right in the center of the town. Our dinner was a great one ,based on Claudia recommendation for restaurants. When we will be back in the area, we'll choose Casetta di San Martiino for our accommodation.
