We had wanted to visit Sperlonga during the summer season, but our plans took us elsewhere, so we decided to stop in on our return loop to Rome before heading home. Even a bit out of season, CaSolare is a beautiful spot and Sperlonga is fantastic! The hosts are warm and friendly and willing to share great spots to eat and visit during your stay. Breakfast was lovely- with us even requesting a recipe to make once we get home! Definitely book and stay here.

It was spotless and had everything we needed. Very convenient to the beach and Sperlonga old and new town.
We loved the terrace which was huge and with wonderful views of the sea, sunsets and mountains.
Private secure parking too.
But very best of all was our host Vito. He was charming, always answering any questions immediately and so willing to help us with everything. It was like going to stay with my favourite cousin.
The apartment is very cozy and nicely furnished. It also has everything you need for a perfect vacation. You can cook, take a cold drink from the fridge and relax from the heat in Sperlonga. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is clean and equipped with modern sanitary facilities. In addition, the owner is very helpful and does everything to make the guest‘s stay a pleasant one. Since I was traveling alone, I was very happy that he helped me carry my suitcase. The stay was perfect. Grazie!
The absolut most friendly and authentic charming little family-hotel in town. I loved staying there SO much. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast very good and 2 steps from the beach. And the small white town in up the cliff was so magical and charming.
Location, beachside, great design of hotel, great views, amazing personnell, very cozy garden and relaxing breakfast terrace. All of it, really was great, very much recommended!
The host Daniel meet us personally even we arrived at late hours. The apartment was easy to locate under the instructions provided by the host. The apartment and the whole hose are very new, recently build with all necessary equipment, even more than we expected. Daniel was so kind to let us to move to a higher floor apartment with amazing sea view. Our stay was great as we had everything we need in the apartment, Daniel was always available for any questions, Sperlonga is very nice cosy town.
It's a really nice and cosy house right next to the beach. It's quiet and clean and the breakfast is really good as well. Most importantly, the hosts are extremely friendly and make sure you've got a great time.
The hotel location is excellent. Especially for the evening walks. Upstairs terrace with its fantastic view was a nice bunos to the experience to enjoy sunsets. Valeria from the teception was very helpful and nice. Everyhting was super comfortable and cosy.
The only thing is that tou need to walk around 15-20 mins to get to the dedicated beach of the hotel but that was not a big deal for me because I enjoyed those walks on the beach. Also there are some other public beaches which you’re welcome to use too.
Beautiful house in the countryside with an olive garden. A very warm welcome from the host, who was always available to answer our questions. The house is well equipped, air conditioning in each room was particularly helpful in the summer heat. An quick drive away from Sperlonga and Terracina, which have amazing beaches, restaurants and attractions. It felt great to return to A Casa Mia in the evening, get a good sleep, and wake up to the birds' singing.
Maria has been super friendly, she recommended few places in Sperlonga (bar - restaurants ). The location of the house is perfect, 5min away from the nearest beach and 10min away from Sperlonga city center. It is a perfect new cosy house for a summer holiday. You find everything you might need. The size of the house is perfectly explained in the advert.
The country house was beautiful. The hosts were very kind and friendly. The location is very quiet and rural. The owners made a lot of effort to communicate with us as we do not speak Italian and their English was limited. They were really nice people.
The other guests were all Italian so it was very authentic.
