The house met my personal requirements - I needed a temporary place to stay for few days, nearby the port. Didn't need any specials or extras, so it was ok for me. Please note that you have to bring everything with you - towels linen, products for cooking. There are cups and cutlery but nothing more. After I rented the house the hosts contacted me and fairly explained this to me offering also to cancel the booking for no costs if I wished so. The staff of the renting company are helpful and correct. Please also note that the location is outside Santa Teresa with no options for shopping nearby. You'll need a car to reach the town.

A very peaceful location. Panorama view of the countryside and vineyards. Room was large, kitchen was well stocked, and there was a patio where you could relax. WiFi worked well. They also have a small shop where you can purchase their wine, cheese, meat, olive oil, etc. Many nice beaches to the north.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Franco & Monica's charming property. The cozy ambiance, convenient location, and delicious breakfast made our visit special. We stayed in a lovely cottage with everything we needed (coffee machine, coffee cups, mini fridge, bottles of water) and little terrace surrounded by nature, nice swimming ,friendly staff. Breakfast was not buffet but sufficient for 2 people and good quality
It’s a very cosy little B&B right next to the centre of Santa Teresa but somehow away from the noise, on a little street with cute boutiques, bars and restaurants. The place itself is disarmingly charming and people running it are really doing their best to make you feel home. Breakfast was homemade and delicious!
Location is ideal, in the countryside, but 20min drive away from very nice beaches. The property is amazing, the little cabin felt like our own home and cleanliness was beyond expectations. Very comfy beds. The on-site restaurant, although with limited options, all of them were excellent and traditional sardinian cuisine. Staff was attentive and friendly. The owner is amazing, ready to help and share her house and place with you.
Reconstructed rooms and bathrooms are clean and cozy, quiet location close to the city centre. Free parking in front of the house. The atmosphere of the villa is truly romantic, the landlady is very kind and positive minded.
Santa Teresa is well located for trips in Nord Sardine area. Better than Rosa Isola that has zigzag and serpentine routes.
