Fair location. Host was very quick to respond to any queries and was very pleasant to deal with and very generous with his time to provide a ride to the hospital when it was needed. All necessities were included in the kitchen. Apartment was very clean. Check in instructions were clear and concise.

The property was a very unique and fun experience for our family! Out hosts Nancy and her husband Francesco were extremely accommodating. Their villa was a short drive to the beach and town. We stayed at their villa prior to a Disney Cruise. Our group was large and occupied both of her units. Plenty of area to be comfortable and visit. Nancy’s charm made our experience even more memorable. I definitely look forward to a return trip to her villa!

This accommodation was gorgeous, right in the middle of the countryside with a beautiful view but easily within reach of a town. We specifically wanted to visit the Vatican, Claudio was so kind and organised for us to have a tour with his friend and that was fantastic, so thank you so much. The train journey into the Vatican was also very simple, low cost and quick which was brilliant. Lovely breakfast too :)
The owner provided all the necessary details and was available for any questions at any time.

An elegant stay in an Art Nouveau villa. A beautiful and romantic place. The interior of the building is refined in every detail, stylish furniture and furnishings. Staying in this villa is like a trip in time. Breakfast was excellent, served in beautiful porcelain tableware.Beautiful Balcony, Terrace and Garden with Jacuzzi.
I recommend for people who appreciate Art Nouveau and Architecture.
The hotel was charming, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Cesare and Simone were incredibly helpful when a some issues came up and only added to a very pleasant, if too short, stay. It was my first night on my first trip to Italy, and I can’t wait to return to this idyllic hotel.
