The apartment was and smelt spotlessly clean and contained everything one requires. The decoration and soft furnishings were crisp and fresh and tastefully done. The private parking is right outside with just a few steps to the apartment’s door. We loved the walk-in shower in the spacious bathroom. We stayed there in October and it was chilly outside, but inside it was cosy. The heater/aircon was very easy to regulate. Isabella was extremely friendly and helpful - the perfect host.

This is a gorgeous house with stunning views over the valley. It's cosy and atmospheric - even better than the photos! Montericco village is small and picturesque, with friendly locals. You have the benefits of the country fresh air and peace, with a 7-min drive to the closest supermarket and a 20-min drive to Reggio-Emilia.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
The place is charming, love the decor. It also has a fridge, washing machine and air conditioning. The staff were very quick to respond with any queries and proactive to solve any issues.

Amazing and cozy gem of a hotel in historical building. Everything is walkable, you a basically in a heart of Reggio Emilia. Enjoyed the stay, would definitely be back. Breakfast is more on a coffee+sweets side, but everything is delicious.

A beautiful and charismatically restored apartment set within an old and grand family home. Such space and excellent self catering facilities. Tranquil location, with a private terrace overlooking a green garden, vines with hills in the distance but, still feeling part of Italian life and culture. Very comfy bed, crisp, clean linen and air con. Convenient, free parking just down the private road. The hosts are welcoming and friendly however, never intrusive and always available to help with anything.
