The house is a fantastic place with direct view of the harbor, located on a small hill right next to Napoleon summer villa (5 min walk). Surrounded by a beautiful and well-kept garden, provides a lot of privacy and close proximity to Portoferraio. The host (Christina) was available on the phone, while Germana and her husband were available on site. What wonderful couple they are! Full of energy, good humor and very helpful! They made our stay very pleasant over the xmas break and made us feel like at home. House has all amenities, including dishwasher and outside grill. All is simple, elegant and easy to use. High quality large refrigerator and dishwasher. Parking for car is right next to the house on a separate driveway. Beds were very comfortable and large. Ideal for families or group of friends. House can be heated in the off season. Truly a charm that made our trip to Elba unforgettable.

It's amazing place to stay. House is surrounded by diverse nature that you can find on island of Elba. From one side you have mountains view, which you can enjoy straight from jacuzzi at evening or from roof terrace while having a breakfast. On other side you have great view of Portoferraio bay.

100% recommended. Fantastic breakfast (fruit, yogurt, juices, croissant, bread...), location, and nature around. Amazing place to seek some peace and a very warm welcome from the hosts.
Expect wildlife and some insects, but it's completely normal. It's the charming of the place. The rooms have air-conditioning.

The property itself is very large and very green making it cozy and pleasant to the eye. It was also quiet and we couldn’t hear the neighbors although the apartments were next to each other.
When we arrived we were given a free apartment upgrade which was an incredibly pleasant surprise and it made our stay with our 3 yo son even more comfortable.
Particulary enjoyed breakfast. It was outdoors with a beautiful seaview and very helpful and friendly staff. Also, a lovely view from outside our bungalow room.
Beautiful house with a charming garden overlooking the port of Portoferraio. For those who want to spend an unusual holiday in a traditional Tuscan house from the mid-19th century. The garden offers space for amazing breakfasts and even more beautiful dinners overlooking the Bay and the harbour. Wonderful and caring owner. The handover of the keys was done through the agency and was absolutely without any problems.
Very personal and charming style. The room and bathroom were really nice. Breakfast was served by the owners wife and was like being a guest in a home. The food was varied and good quality.
The location was right in the middle of the restaurant district but still the room was quiet at night.
The view from our bungalow was amazing. It was so interesting to watch the ferries come and go. Sitting outside and watching the beautiful sunset was memorable.
I liked everything. Very beautiful area where i lived, the house is new clean and cozy, i had my own terrace and bbq. The best thing that it’s near to 2 beaches which are so nice. And of course corse the owner of the resedence is such a pleasant guy! Ciao Tommaso, grazie for getting me from and to the harbour! Your vibe gives your residence more warmth and hospitality and i have a strong desire to come back again! And surely i will stay at your place! Grazie mille!
We sat out on the terrace overlooking the sea and had breakfast and supper. The view is spectacular. The setting idyllic. Food delicious. We had a lovely walk down to the sea, took twenty minutes if that and found a good cafe/restaurant. Then also a little walk around the hotel. Beautiful countryside. Very generous and welcoming host. Will go back.
