It’s in comfortable walking distance to the Pompeii ruins, supermarket and restaurants.
Eugenio our host was always available to contact and he collected us from the airport and also dropped us back off.
We were offered clean sheets and towels half way through the stay and also for a cleaning lady to come in to clean the apartment.

The owners (Vicenzo and Adele) met us at the trainstation and brought us to the appartment. They filled our kitchen with a lemon pie, wine and food for breakfast. The appartment is modern, has a lot of room and is at a quiet place. The owners are always available for questions or support. They even brought us back to the station. From the apartment it's 7 minutes walking to the center of Pompei and 10 minutes to the main station. We had a really nice stay in Pompei, no complains at all and would recommend this place to other people.

Lucio was extremely accommodating. He picked up our family at the airport and picked us up at the train station. The apartment was so clean and everything was new!!! The shower had soap snd shampoo and lots of hot water. The kitchen had everything that you would need. There was coffee (we only drink decaf so we did not use it) and herbal tea with we enjoyed. There were snacks on the kitchen table — small containers of honey and fruit jam and crackers to put it on. Very nice. There were coupons for a local restaurant to use for breakfast. We did not use them since we made our own porridge before we went out in the morning. There was also a 10% discount coupon at a dinner restaurant. The tiwn center was easily within walking distance. Plus we were able to leave our luggage in the morning since our departure times were later than check out which was 11am. We cannot say how GREAT this place was. We highly recommend it. We would certainly visit again and use Lucio’s place. Super nice people and a super nice place.

The attention to detail was AMAZING. Felt like a cozy country cottage. Fresh pasties each morning with all the fixings. I look forward to not only returning but also sharing this hidden gem with everyone.
Andrea is a very friendly and flexible person, easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Although we didnt meet him in person, he made sure everything worked perfectly for us. The space is very cosy and we had two balkonies with a nice view on the vesuv. Also the location is very good for visiting the ruins or going out for dinner etc.
Awesome location - close enough to walking to old town Pompei entrance and at the same time far enough from noisy areas and traffic. With good view from the balcony, with small but good swimming pool and cozy garden around the swimming pool with the free sun loungers.
This home made our stay in Pompeei a special experience. We recomend this beaitiful cozy hotel to anyone. The garden is peacful and has a tiny private pool in the back and our hostest made delicious italian coffee with our breakfast! They were really freindly and helpful with everything. Truely recomend if your visiting Pompeei.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide range of options to start our day right. Our accommodation was cozy and comfortable, providing a wonderful retreat after exploring the area. Surrounded by beautiful nature and with a stunning view of Mount Vesuvius, Villa Julia offered the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. We can't wait to return to this idyllic spot!

The nice room with spacious terrace and the view of Vesuvius , very good breakfast, cozy restaurant with amazing menu and the most important - perfect and friendly service in the Relais Country House and Osteria Nonna Cherubina as well. Parking place secured and available even for bigger cars.

A very cozy and charming apartment, with good space and nicely clean. The furniture is new and well kept, as is the bed. It is located within walking distance from the center and the ruins. The hosts are extremely helpful and generous, and I have nothing but praise for them.
We were blown away when we first saw the room. We loved it so much we decided to order in so we could spend more time there. We arrived in the evening and enjoyed tea on the balcony. The hot tub is a fantastic size and made for a lovely romantic night. The room owner also went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience for our anniversary. Just to note - hot tub took a little longer than expected to fill up.
