We had a very pleasant stay. The apartament is excellent for a family with children because of the small garden with a lockable gate. The location is very convenient, about 1km to the beautiful beach and the same distance to the bus stop to the centre of Palermo. Nearby a good local bakery and a small market. On the plus side there is also a washing machine in the apartment, a very good contact with the property administrator and the possibility of arranging an airport transfer cheaper than a taxi. I can recommend this place. Thank you :)

The apartment is nice, I believe it is much better during summer/spring. It was clean, the host sent you most of the information about the apartment and how to move around in front. At that moment we were alone in the house so it was also quiet.

This is an excellent property located in a secure location with great views of the surrounding hills. The host is wonderful, helpful and just a nice person. You will need a car if you want to get about. I can’t recommend this enough. If we were to come back to Mondello we would come here again. Need I say more! Don’t have second thoughts book it!

The property is wonderful, perfect for two people where everybody can have their own bedroom and privacy. Fantastic backyard with a lot of lush greenery. Quiet and peaceful yet very close to the beautiful beach and hustle and bustle of Mondello.
The house is spot clean and well equipped with very fast internet. Great design and access to the terrace and garden. I like to cook and really liked the kitchen Gerlando has in his house. Gerlando made this place really lovely and I can only say great things and truly recommend it.
Moreover, Gerlando is a fantastic host: very kind, honest, helpful, always available if one needs anything. I would say he is one of the best hosts one can encounter and his property reflects that very well. Me and my mother had wonderful stay in Gerlando’s house.

The apartment is really cozy and well located. It has a beautiful balcony from which you can see the amazing sunsets from Mondello. The bedroom is comfortably big and the bed super snug. Summing up, all spaces are considerable spacious except the bathroom.
Very clean and cozy. Good location, close to the seaside, but it is quiet in the neighbourhood. There is a nice little garden where you can sit in the evening and enjoy a drink. It has been a really pleasant stay.
Our stay was wonderful. The guesthouse has a perfect location, very close to the beach and close to a parking lot where we can leave the car. The house is very cozy, with a beautiful garden and our room was incredible. Excellent breakfast! Alessandra and her family welcomed us with great affection and were super attentive to our honeymoon.
