The location is up on the hill, with the rooms spread over an exceptional nice garden (large lavender plants included :)). The staff is very friendly, really paying attention for the guests to feel spoiled. The small restaurant is not to be missed - the food is delicious and the atmosphere is cosy!

We loved our stay in Bellano. The property is right across the street from a small public beach and I loved that the property had chairs and some floaties that we could use there. I was excited to use the bicycles, but the road is quite busy so we opted to ride them early in the morning when there was less traffic.
We had a group of 8 and it was nice to be able to have rooms close together. The rooms were charming and clean. The property is wonderful--my favorite feature is the patio with a view. So beautiful! The town of Bellano is small. Things closed early and there weren't a lot of restaurant options, but we bought our own groceries and ate on the patio, which was so much better! Our stay here was so relaxing! We took the train from Bellano to Varenna and then took the ferry to Bellagio. We also visited the nearby waterfall orrido di bellano. It was nice, but nothing spectacular (compared to many we have seen.) There was a nearby cemetery that was fascinating to explore. We enjoyed visiting Bellagio and Varenna, but I think we enjoyed playing at the nearby beach just as much.
Valle de Mulini was a great find. Our check in was easy and we felt very well taken care of.
I would definitely stay here again!

The location was excellent and it was quite charming. Everything you needed was there and Lara was an excellent host. Easy walking distance to top class restaurants and amenities - we enjoyed a day swimming at the newly opened Lido, the ferries and boats were easy to use and we had a lovely trip to the beautiful Villa Carlotta. Opposite is a small cafe for breakfast and Menaggio is a pretty little town to explore.
The apartment is really cosy, in 10/10 location (close to the lake but away from the touristic fuzz) and although I never rate the hosts, Carlo is an ABSOLUTE legend. It was a bit noisy but I assume it was due to some event nearby (and Friday night in Italy 😊). I would (and hope to) stay again!
Property was perfect for a week long stay. Host was quick to respond and very accommodating. Apartment was fully equipped with everything that you needed. Spacious bedroom and living room. Large balcony with fantastic views of the lake and mountains. 10 min walk into town or use the free bicycles - half the route is on a private pedestrian path. Downtown area is small but cozy with lovely views and you’re away from the hustle and bustle of the more popular towns. Close to hiking trails too!
We had such a relaxing 3 days here, everything was perfect. The villa is amazing, the view from terrace is breathtaking overlooking mountains and Lake Como. Our beds were very comfortable, toilet and bath clean and cozy. Lovely backyard and nice outdoor pool. Very easy to get around by car, 10 min to the city center and local restaurants with amazing food and drinks. This property truly makes you feel like you are home. Thank you owners for such a lovely stay here at Paradise Villa. Will definitely came back.
Beautifully appointed, clean and centrally sited apartment close to all amenities. Menaggio is a relaxed and charming place away from the busier hubs in Lake Como and this apartment is highly recommended as a base. We stayed 6 nights and used the ferry to visit many sights around the Lake. Alberto the apartment host was delightful and always available for any problems ( of which there were none) and pointed us to good restaurants and local places of interest.

The apartment located at hill top and has amazing view to the lake. It was perfect by all standards: clean, cosy, spacious. It is fully equipped and you will find everything you need like you are at your own home. We stayed here 3 nights and we feel very comfortable. The owner Silvia is very nice and made us feel extremely welcome.
Tips: do not rent a big car as the road is tricky.
Very large and cozy country house in a quiet and peaceful area. Marcella is a wonderful host, we arrived very late in the evening and was still met with a warm welcome. Marcella gave us recommendations for a restaurant nearby which was fantastic!
