The view was truly incredible, and Marco was exceptionally helpful, even with the challenging mobile signal in the area. We also enjoyed visiting the beautiful Porto Ceresio, which had a wonderful Christmas atmosphere, despite the chilly weather.

Perfect location with Luino train station just two minutes walk away and wide choice of shops & restaurants as well as the port of Luino within easy walking distance. For a centrally located place it was very quiet. We especially loved waking up to the beautiful bird song coming up from the gardens below…

Nice cosy little apartment within walking distance (less than 5 minutes) of Lago Maggiore and the town centre of Luino. Apartment had everything we needed for a short stay (2 nights), including light breakfast and coffee. A good base for exploring around the lake. Nice little shared courtyard/garden where the kids could keep themselves busy.
The location is great and the apartment itself is full equipment, clean and cozy - perfect place to stay even longer. The absolute highlight is the big balcony facing to the west, so you really can enjoy stunning sunsets there. The hotel building just across the street also has a very nice private beach and park and a very good restaurant and amazing breakfast.
Very nicely done inside, with a lot of taste. Graden is very beautiful. The place is tranquil and good for relaxation. The pool has a proper size to swim nicely. We had a lot of pleasure to relax nicely with the kids. The dining area outside is very cosy.

We are staying here for the second time! We like everything. Cozy, clean apartments, with everything you need, friendly hostess, wonderful terrace where we spent the evenings. Upon arrival, the hostess left a basket with goodies, beautiful bouquets with hydrangeas stood in vases. We were very satisfied for the second time! Thank you and see you!
