This property was perfectly suited for our needs - plenty of space to spread out, a great pool, quiet neighborhood, and a 20 minute drive to the beach for our last nights dinner in Italy. Our host Karine was incredibly accommodating - When we realized that the residence did not actually have a shuttle, she compensated by paying for a taxi to the metro station.

Our host was a very kind and helpful person. House very clean and cosy, fresh because Paolo put air conditioning on, everything perfect. Interesting location, very near to the airport, seaport and beach and all the services to go into town I hope next time I'll have some more days to spend and stay in that beautiful apartment.
Room was big enough to have so many guests, I missed lockable cabinet only, great view at the beach, very good coffee service and this time preferred eat outside or my food....
Raffaella is very friendly and polite, we thank her for the warm meeting and care. We were greeted with a basket of fruits and sweets for children. The apartment is clean and cozy. Breakfasts are very tasty. I wanted to stay longer. We are happy to recommend Da Raffaella💕
Very charming and cosy little hotel! Excellent location just by the beach, but also few minutes away from metro station which takes you to Ostia Antica and to Rome. Good size room with amazing terrace and sea views. Staff very helpful, nice and polite. Amazing breakfast buffet, the best I’ve had in hotel so far!
Nice camp with shop and restaurant, playground for kids, cozy porch with table and chairs - great for breakfast. Nice and cozy bungalow, with free parking infront of it. Good equipment with high quality pots and pans. Big fridge inside, comfortable space shower. Very good location for longer stay with great oportunity to visit Roma. Train station was 10 minutes by car, but not so save parking place.
