Agriturismo Il Colle is a wonderful hotel with beautiful grounds and facilities overlooking Lake Como. The vistas from our room windows and the lawns and patios were excellent. The manager and staff were all top notch and helpful in all matters. The breakfasts were excellent. The rooms were very large and clean with very good beds. The bathroom was also very nice and also spacious. The grounds provide good parking if you are traveling by car.
The very beautiful lakeside towns of Bellagio and San Giovanni are both about a 15 to 20 minute walk (all down hill). Note that the return walks are all uphill. At age 70, we walk quite a bit, and we found the walking reasonable, however those that are not in reasonably good condition should be aware that there are no shuttles or easy parking closer to Bellagio.

Perfect location with beautiful views! The open main living area is bright and open just like it is pictured - with amazing views from all of the balconies. It is a quick walk to town with lots of wonderful places to eat. The grocery store is walkable and we used the grocery 'cart' provided to get drinks, snacks, and breakfast items. Laura greeted us and gave us a tour of the apartment. She was always a quick text away and arranged a wonderful classic 3hr boat tour that picked us up right at the docks in front of the villa. She provided a wonderful binder with recommendations for food, activities, day trips, and a private chef for meals. We didn't have time but kayaks are also available and included at the dock. It is a quiet road and very peaceful. The town is lovely and has the best promenade on the water. We loved our visit and would definitely pick Villa Navalia to stay whenever we return to the beautiful Lake Como area.

Excellent location close to ferry terminal. The unit is on the widest of narrow streets going up, making it un congested to go up and down with luggage. The hosts Carlo and Susanna are most gracious and helped us with our numerous questions and needs. They came to receive us at taxi stand. The unit is newly renovated and meticulously clean with ALL the necessities provided for comfortable long stay. Kitchen was fully equipped with not only all appliances and utensils to be able to cook meals at home but also lots of food items, pasta, sauces, juices, chips and crackers!! Generosity of hosts, not normally found elsewhere. Two full bathrooms with showers make it particularly convenient for families. Thermostatic heat controls in each room work flawlessly.

Our hosts, Mohammed and his wife, Dina are AWESOME!!! We were traveling with 2 small dogs and had A LOT of luggage. We got off at the wrong train station (a 15 minute drive from the house) and Mohammed picked us up!! Then, to top it off, by the time we arrived and got settled the only grocery store in town was closed. Mohammed picked up food and wine and he and his wife dropped it off for us so we could have dinner!! I mean, talk about service!! Location was beautiful and quiet, however you need some mode of transportation to get up the hill. Going down is fine (although steep) but it was so HOT during the last week in August, so walking back up was not an option (especially with the dogs). We rented E-Bikes at the grocery store which was perfect. Awesome view from bedroom window, and the patio was really nice, complete with a tomato plant and flowers. The bed was comfortable (more on the firm side - like a tempurpedicish). We loved Lierna, and I'm so glad I decided not to rent in Bellagio or Varenna which are the "hot spots". We rented a boat at the suggestion of Mohammed (the apartment is stocked with pamphlets for things to do). We went out on Lake Como for 3 hours, after getting sandwiches and fruit at Il Buono (specialty food store in town across from the market). It was perfection!

Romantica mansion with a nice garden and swimming pool in a reall nice place close to the Lake Como with own parking. The apartment was absolutely clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a life.
The owners are really kind and helpful with all request and questions. The mansion is close to the noisy road, the sleeping room is, however, on the opposite side and it's no problem with the noise within nights. We would like to spend more time in and will be back in the future for sure.

We were welcomed by the lovely and helpful staff of Balbianino. The building is really well decorated and has a charming atmosphere. The room was very cosy and well furnished and breakfast was very nice. Lenno is a beautiful town and so peaceful.
