I particularily liked the kitchen, which had even more things than we could have imagined. The pillows on the beds were also excellent. The location of the house is also very nice since everything you need is very close by.

One of the best stays I've had in Italy! The views are unreal – you’re surrounded by mountains, green valleys, and there’s so much space to explore. The grounds are huge, with horses and sheep wandering around, which makes it feel like you’re in a little mountain paradise.
The food is also a big highlight. Dinner was super tasty, and breakfast on the terrace is something else. You’re surrounded by kiwi trees and get to enjoy the view while you eat – just perfect.
If you’re looking for a spot to kick back, enjoy amazing nature, and eat well, this place is a gem. Can't wait to go back!

Spacious, really well equipped, lots of surface space and storage.
We knew there was no AC when we booked and the house remained reasonably cool even in 38 degrees. The outside seating area is a sun trap in the morning and shaded in the afternoon/evening.
The location is as expected, a ten minute drive to the town, 4 minute drive to a supermarket. It's actually a ten minute drive to everything including a dog friendly beach (quite small but still great to have access). Parking is on street but we always managed to get a space. A car is needed for this location.
Hosts were very welcoming.

Time stood still for 40 years in this huge super fancy villa. Run around the house in the garden or in the play room loaded with toys suitable for our young children. Great view from the balcony.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.

Large balcony’s with a beautiful view over the lake. One bedroom apartments, spacious for 4 people and very clean and equipped.
The outside of the complex from the 70’th could use some refreshments, and the corridor to the apartment is almost disgusting…. But this is not the experiences of the insides of the apartment, which are clean and modern.
5 min drive to Verbenia nearest cosy city, also with restaurants and shopping.
Location is very nice, 5 min walk to lake.
Would not hesitate to come back. It is worth the money.

Due to the seasonal opening we couldn’t try the swimming pool but this is one of the reasons we are definitely coming back.
My boyfriend and I had a really cute room with a big bathroom and a charming balcony, and the view on the lake was exceptional.
Everything was super clean.
The area was quiet but not too far from Gulf Borromeo by car, and we were able to park for free near the house.
Would recommend for couples and families, the rooms' decorations are inspired from children's books or movies.
