The location was just perfect! I was able to park the car in front of the door and walk everywhere. Rossana was friendly and welcoming, she met me at the apartment and explained everything. I was able to do some much needed washing and cook a little for myself. I went to a restaurant recommended by Rossana which made great gluten free pizza. The bed was comfortable and there were lots of pillows to choose from. There is also an iron at the property. I felt it had everything I needed.

I loved everything about this place. Small charming family hotel, excellent location, very close to bus station, train station (Stop: Como Lago) and ferry. The best restaurants and cafes on the lake shore are just around the corner. The rooms were very cosy and clean, bathroom small but you really don’t need bigger one, very comfortable bed, air conditioning was good. The owner Isabella was very kind and helpful. There is a luggage room in case you have a late flight, you can leave the luggage there.
The room was great and the host was fantastic, it's also a very short walk to the lake front.
Highly recommend for anyone for a short, cosy and romantic trip.
The apartment is tastefully decorated giving a boutique feeling but also cozy at the same time. A little fireplace in the living room was a pleasant surprise. We’ve had everything we needed and the communication with the host was great at all times. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes walk from the lake and from the supermarket. Last but not least, the apartment also has a parking which was super useful, as we’ve been to Como before and finding a parking was always a hustle.
The bathroom! It was so thoughtfully equipped and so cosy, with a piping hot towel radiator on all the time. Everything we needed was provided in the bedroom too, with a big comfy bed and nice linens. The family owners were charming and gave us good advice about visiting the lakeside villages. They run the restaurant at the front of the hotel and we had a jolly meal there. Como is absolutely delightful at Christmas - the best decorated town we’ve seen anywhere!
The place is charming and cosy. Staff are very welcoming and extremely attentive. The place is very unique and has a great vibe. The owner and staff of the property have paid attention to the smallest details. Also, decorations were just amazing. Elizabetta and the morning staff made our stay very pleasant. We would definetly revisit the property.
The location is perfect, very cosy, clean and beautiful. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need ( refrigerator, cooker, microwave, dishes…)
The terrace is most charming. Bathroom is clean, spacious and very functional. Air conditioner in both rooms, I wish we could stay for few more days.
And most importantly, our host Juliet was very kind and helpful.
Very cosy and bright apartment. Owner was detailed in providing instructions and tips to get around. We tripped the electricity accidentally and they helped restored the electricity within 2-3 hours. Location is slightly outside of Como city but just a short 10 minutes walk.
A very cozy room and an elegant bathroom with a view of the countryside. The breakfast was both days plentiful and very tasty. Roberta is a great hostess and she was very accommodating and helpful. She even went out with her Fiat Panda to pick us and our luggage from parking lot.
This apartment is absolutely marvelous. Its very cozy and super clean. It’s a little paradise in Italy with amazing big terrace and a beautiful view to Como lake and the mountains. The hosts are charming and make our stay unforgettable. Love this place!
