Beautiful small condo on ground floor in a quiet residential neighborhood. Very good parking availability on street. The place was beautifully prepared upon our arrival, including the sofa bed all made up and towel sets for all 3 of us. The beds were comfortable. The condo is super secure!! The front door is Fort Knox worthy…no one is coming through this high tech door with multiple deadbolts on every side…truly impressive! I want one of these doors! The windows are also secure & up high, with automatic closure by wall switches and good blinds. The kitchen was adequately outfitted with dishes and pans, sadly no microwave.

The house Is perfect. There is everything. It is so nice and extremely clean. The hosts are exceptional. They provided a vast variety of food for breakfast and even home made cake. It is not common to find such nice hosts and such a beautiful and clean house.

A beautiful location in the country. The Agriturismo is finished to a high standard and is well maintained. Breakfast was excellent. We arrived during a flood event affecting Bologna and surrounding towns. The owners made us feel at home and went above band beyond to make us feel safe and cared for.

It is an idyllic place. A charming house surrounded by nature, beautifully decorated and with all the comforts. The owners were very welcoming, they made us feel at home, they even prepared cake and cookies for us!
The Hostel is really well located and fumou equiped. Tata welcome us with open arms and was really kind to us.
The bedrooms are really cozy and charming with air conditioning and heating, which was a plus during our stay.
Another great thing was the full kitchen that allowed us save money.
Also, the building it self is a real charm, with Italian renascence details that brings a beautiful touch

the hot tub and sauna were ideal, we used both facilities the night we arrived and the morning we left. preferred this than go to a spa, left feeling very relaxed and refreshed.
I absolutely loved the apartment. Its charming decor and cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, allowing me to explore the beautiful city.
This place is a gem in the very center of Bologna! Charming and cozy, with a romantic style, we fell in love with it and we highly reccomend it!
