This is one of the most magical places in all of Italy. The views are stunning and the food is absolutely over the top incredible, fresh farm to table style. The owners are meticulous with the upkeep of the grounds and they graciously went out of their way to accommodate our group.

I had an excellent stay at this property in Capri. The house is beautiful, with a stunning view that made the experience even more special. Everything was spotlessly clean, which added to the comfort of our stay. The space is spacious and very cozy, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the island.
Luigi, the host, is simply the best we’ve met so far. He waited for us at the funicular and helped us with our luggage. In the apartment, he thoughtfully left water, drinks, bread for breakfast, and coffee. Luigi is always attentive to every need and makes you feel like you’re part of the home. This place is highly recommended, not only for the property itself but for the amazing human being that Luigi is. If you’re planning to stay in Capri, I recommend it 1000%. Everything is close by, though Capri is a place where you’ll walk a lot, and you’ll fall even more in love with the island by staying in this house with Luigi, who is always available and ready to help with everything. He was especially kind to my mother, helping her with her luggage.

FIRST! Nick! Nick is the best host I’ve had by far and I travel quite often. I under estimated the time of our arrival and he graciously accommodated us and provided the ferry schedule. We had a very minor issue at the apartment and her tried his best to resolve it. It was something not under his control. Nick is a very responsive host and so kind.
The property is very close to the port, restaurants, funicular/hike up to Capri Centro, and shops. Easy access to excursion meeting points as well. The place was clean and well set up.

Exceptional location on the main square in Capri. Daily service straightening the rooms, making the beds. Loved the balcony with a table for 6 and nice views enjoying a pizza and a bottle of wine.

Very cosy, clean, with a sweet style rooms. Adorable breakfast with the home garden tomatos and homemade cake from Cristina was so delicious.
For going to the center and around better to rent the bike, though the bus station is also nearby.
It was amazing 3 nights experience. The location is close to everything needed. Massimo and Zully met us and answered on all our questions, and even brought us super delicious traditional cake. I think I will return at least to taste it again 😄

We staying at this charming place for one night. Hosts were super friendly and welcoming. Room is clean and has everything you would possibly need. Breakfast at the cozy sunny terrace was great and made our day. Bus stop to Anacapri center is just 10 minutes away.
Our room was fantastic, with a great private terrace, hot tub and sunning area. The property also had a nice public area with a pool that came in handy during the hotter hours of the day. The property owner was more than helpful, giving us all we needed to know to enjoy our stay well in advance. He was easy to communicate with and was very prompt and attentive with our needs. This property has a perfect view of the sunset and was a perfectly romantic way for my wife and I to end our honeymoon.
The hotel is great, stuff is so kind, willong to help, rooms are charming, romantic, in the nature and flowers and with the amasing sunset view :) thr Driver is willing to get you by car to any loation if he is available which means a lot. Also, location is pertect as it is on the first bus stop, so you can reach it in 2 minute
