Villas were very comfortable And most had own pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious with terrific breakfast included in our package. Resort is well located and close to many restaurants, local shops, beauty spas, and the new Bali Icon shopping centre. The beach and beach path are only a 5 min walk.

The villa exceeded all our expectations, offering spacious rooms with top-notch amenities. Every day, we were treated to fresh mineral water and the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The surroundings are very nice, cosy and romantic, and so are the bungalows. The beds and shower are great and so is having a little porch where you can sit outside and enjoy the romantic surroundings. The staff members are very friendly and helpful when we needed to change villa due to a strong toxic paint smell. Unfortunately, a similar larger villa was not available so we needed to downgrade, but they gave us a discount and even though the new room was smaller it was still lovely. So the customer service was very good.
