What a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Bu Ninik and her son went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their photos are true to what we expected.
The house is clean and neat, the bedrooms and bathrooms are well equipped. We got complimentary extra pillows and blankets. There are ACs in the bedroom above, but the weather is cool and lovely anyway ...
The kitchen is tiny but very well stocked. There are some cooking ingredients plus oils and spices, drinks, and extra gallon of drinking water to enjoy.
There's also a washing machine but didn't try it. But the soaps and all are available.
The seating areas are cozy, the balconies are also nice. The outside area is also good to seat down, and the kids can run around outside without fearing for their safety.
The bakso vendor nearby also sells good bakso 🙂
We are a big family and we'd probably will come back if we ever visit Batu again.

2. Villa Completeness. The villa is clean, well-maintained, and well-equipped for entertainment with TVs in every room with access to Netflix and other streaming movie platforms. And there is also a PS3 console in the living room. Snacks (chips) and refreshments such as cereal (energen), tea, and coffee are replenished every time the villa is cleaned.
3. Service. The staff is very reliable and friendly. Kudos to the staff.

The Cozy was a haven of tranquillity in Malang. Spotless; lovely linen & towels, piping hot water, quiet, large room with comfy bed & tea/coffee facilities. Close to restaurants and supermarket. Lovely welcome and attentive staff. We would highly recommend.
Very charming and charcterful property in the heart of Malang. The design with artifacts placed everywhere is very welcoming and unique. The property is deceivingly large and fun to explore. The rooms were comfortable and charming. The food at the restaurants was nice and the staff was very helpful.
Everything: the host and her family are so kind and helpful! The dormitory was cosy and spacious (as couple, we had a double-bed in the dormitory). The hostel is attached to a orphanage managed by the kind host mentioned before. For a small donation we were invited for dinner by the host and the children. The food was excellent and the atmosphere very welcoming. It was so interesting to interact with the children. Thank you very much for the beautiful stay😊
Lovely cabins with cosy garden area. Loved the guinea pigs. Friendly hosts! They offered trips to Tempaksewuh waterfall (a must see in the area), Bromo and the blue fires of Ijen.
