Great location for snorkelling - you can go at bottom of the garden and was amazed to see fish straight away! We also went out in a small boat to 3 snorkel sites which was easily arranged by the villa staff and got on the boat a few mins walk down road. The villa views are beautiful, pool is huge and it’s walkable to a few places for lunch/dinner if you want to go out. Wayan is a great chef and enjoyed her breakfasts and one dinner in the villa. Great freshly made Nasi Goreng and chicken satay! Transfers easily arranged by villa and the driver, Arjun was very helpful but it’s a long drive from the airport side (google maps doesn’t really account for traffic so longer than expected).

A small boutique hotel on the edge of Amed consists of an upscale villa at the top with its own pool, a yoga gazebo, and a luxurious sea view that makes you think it might be time to write your travel novel.Downstairs is another deluxe villa with two rooms, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: a cozy living room, a kitchen, and even a bathroom (for those who don’t like to share!). On the second floor, there’s a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a huge balcony overlooking the sea. There’s air conditioning and a fan. The furniture is new, and the mattress and pillows are orthopedic — a special thank you for that! Closer to the sea, there are two small one-room cottages — they actually have the coolest sea view and enough privacy. By the sea, there’s a Buddhist stupa with lighting — be sure to check it out in the evening; it’s very beautiful and unusual.There’s also a secret path near the cliff that leads to a hidden bench with an amazing view of the sea.
In front of the deluxe villa, there’s a pool where you can swim; it’s quite deep on one side, and there are sun loungers with umbrellas for sunbathing. Cleaning can be done daily upon request, and the staff is super friendly and always ready to help. They are at the hotel until 4 PM, but you can stay in touch via WhatsApp afterward.Now, about breakfast — omelets, banana pancakes, and fresh-squeezed juice from the lemons growing in the garden. So cute! You can also order delivery from restaurants, with menus available in the rooms. Keep in mind that delivery will be paid but not very expensive, and it takes about 40 minutes.Now for the downsides. The sea, although nearby, isn’t suitable for swimming — the rocky shore might remind you that you’re not at a water park. Since Amed is on the Bali peninsula, there are often strong winds in the evenings, which can be nice given the heat, but it’s not great for drying clothes — they might blow away, so tie them down tightly!

Very beautiful garden and surroundings. Very quiet and peaceful. The stuff and owner are very lovely, a big thank you again! Only 1 minute walk to the beach which is perfect for snorkelling. They also helped us with organizing trips and a very friendly and helpful driver. The bungalow itself is really nice with a cosy terrace. Many good restaurants are also nearby in walkable distance.
If I could i would rate 20 stars. We had an amazing time staying at Yogi Beach Cabin! The staff is amazing, thanks again Komang and team for being the best hosts and taking so good care of our baby;)
Breakfast and choice was excellent! The bed is incredibly cozy and the cabin itself very clean and well maintained. The location is great, right at the beach in walking distance to many warungs at the beach or to the shops at the main road and not noisy at all.

Great place to stay if you want to be in a quiet, cozy place. It's a small beach and only Good Karma has bungalows there.
Every morning, you'll get hot water for tea or coffee delivered onto your porch.

Amed is a very quiet village.
Lots of restaurants are around if you want to eat outside.

Beautiful location, beautiful house (we took seaview bungalow). Friendly staff, snorkling is available from the hotel beach. But it’s little bit hard to walk as it’s the stone beach so still we went to Jemeluk beach & Lipah beach and we liked Lipah beach best.
Cosy room with 2 beds (downstairs + on the rooftop so it’s great for families with kids), great shower, comfortable bed with really clean sheets, fridge, they even provide mosquito repellers + masks & tubes for free.
It’s a small and cosy hotel, four bungalows very close to the beach and with a nice pool that gets very warm in the sun.
They helped us get a driver to pick us up and they have scooters and diving gear to rent out cheaply (but too few sizes). You can buy water and soda by the pool, the breakfast is simple but nice and the staff is helpful.
The room is simple, with good AC and a desk with a power outlet. The bathroom is not aircooled as it is partly outside.
