The kitchen dining room living room area was perfect. It allowed our three families to hang out late into the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a big brunch late the next morning. The location was located close to the lake, and close to a great restaurant, Tompos.

Great location in the heart of Keszthely. The host welcomed us at the door and provided us with the keys and all the information we may have needed. The rooms were cozy and clean with wifi and a small fridge. The attached bathroom was also clean and in working order.

Very nice and comfortable hotel with interesting architecture and very good spa facilities (unfortunately some of the saunas were under renovation during our stay). Hévíz is charming place with natural thermal lake, available for swimming during whole year
The hotel was nice, equipment was new. Staff was friendly. Rooms were cozy and big enough. There was enough food for breakfast and for dinner (a buffet type); the offer varied a bit every day; the quality was very good. There was a piano player in the evenings. The hotel is equipped with a wellness area with unlimited access - a warm outdoor pool, a small indoor pool, several types of sauna, a salt room. You can reach the Heviz lake by foot within a few minutes.
Our apartment was very spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped for the short stay. The host was very nice. There is an inner yard for the guests use with a small kids playground and a pool. Also there are sauna and a hot tub. The location is very good, it is not very central but still everything is in a walking distance. Highly recommended!
I trained customer service for many years. At this establishment, the service began pre check-in, with speedy and helpful replies to my many emails, all in excellent English. It continued when I arrived, with a warm, and genuinely friendly welcome, and explanation of all that was available. As I was leaving early the following morning, a lovely breakfast pack was prepared for me. I was slightly fortunate to be able to enjoy the cosy sauna alone, and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Nice rooms, comfortable you get everything you need - the place is excellent value for money.
Also loved the "spa area" with a hot tub and sauna.
We were staying in February in low season so we had the place for ourselves which was great.
Spacious, very clean and quiet room. Check-in was easy and just took a moment. Pizzeria and shops are nearby. There was a lot of parking space available on the hotels property and by the street. Our personal highlight was the hot tub and sauna area!
Good location, center of Heviz, great thermal water. Spa is nice, 2 large thermal pools inside, and 1 large thermal pool outside. Also, sauna, steam cabin, etc. Breakfast, and dinner good, diverse, every day different food, alot of Hungarian classics, such as the gulyas, fish soup, pork knuckle, lots of salads, nice desserts, etc.
Delicious breakfast and dinner, very kind staff. Wellness is not too busy, at times you can even enjoy sauna by yourself. Pool area is very nice. Room was cozy and clean. They offer refreshing drinks at the pool bar.
