The house is spacious and comfortable, and the quiet village in which it is situated has a little shop selling food and household necessities. There is also a pleasant cafe and restaurant. The garden is beautiful and overlooks the lake. The owners, Peter and Edit, could not have been more helpful and accommodating, and we were grateful for their proactive suggestions for local events and activities, and for their responsiveness to questions during our stay. We loved our stay at Mandula House in Paloznak and would definitely go again!

A very nice place with a pool and sauna. We had a wonderful time here. The house isn’t big but it has two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and bathroom. Sauna is in a separate building. Pool can be opened/closed which is good because of safety reasons- we were there with kids 3 and 5 years old. The owner was very helpful and asked many times if we had any problems.
The location is amazing. Hotel is very nice, clean and rooms are big and very new looking. There is a huge selection of food at breakfast and dinner and food is fantastic. Hotel has a large spa with saunas and pools. Parking is available at the hotel.
Fantastic, modern hotel, our room on the 11th floor offered amazing view to Lake Balaton. Saunas are nice (there are 5 different), the Finnish sauna was really hot. The breakfast was very tasty and with great selection of products. The masseurs in SPA were really nice and my skin was so soft and smooth after the treatment!
The neighbourhood is also very quiet in February and you can really find your peace in Balatonalmádi! During our stay there were almost only Hungarian guests which I see rather as advantage :)
Cozy, very well furnited flat, with big terrace. Flat is very close to beach. Appreciate that air conditions were in living and also sleeping room. All was good. Happy to return anytime 🙂
