In addition to the four bedrooms, the spacious living room is connected to the baking room, and there is a jacuzzi outside. The parking space is very spacious, and it is no problem for us to park two cars.
The host has a very good taste in decoration, and my wife is very satisfied with the kitchen, which has everything you need. What is particularly commendable is that in addition to a variety of seasonings, the hostess has kept squid, apple juice, and milk in the refrigerator. We also found rice, I don't know if it was prepared for us because we come from the East. We are very cheeky to try them all, with the perfect kitchen to support, the dinner that day can be called perfect.
In fact, we decided to stop in Zadar on a whim, so it is beyond imagination to find such a perfect villa.
Of course, under such circumstances, cannot ask oo much for a short distance to downtown. Fortunately, parking in Zadar is very convenient (there are many theoretically free), so commuting from the villa to Zadar is not a problem.

Everything was great, accommodation was new, modern and clean. We liked swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Beach was nearby, approx. 3min by walk. If there was some problem, it was resolved by owner immediately. We recommend breakfast because of no possibilities to eat somewhere nearby. Only a few restaurants there.

Good location, only 5 minutes walking to the beach with nearby bakery. Appartment is furnished in cosy, modern style, spacious enough for 6 people ( 4 adults + 2 little kids).
We received some tips from the owner where to have a nice meal outside. We were offered to take some tomatoes from their garden, which was really nice gesture and tasted really good.
Fantastic apartment, lots of great features like the hot tub and PlayStation which our 3 teenagers loved. It was just 5 minutes walk to a lovely beach in a large bay, perfect for swimming and hiring a pedalo. We also cycled to Nin using the bikes available at the accommodation. The pool was clean and our family usually had it to ourselves.

Perfect from start to finish. This is the absolute most wonderful place to stay in Zaton. We almost don’t want to write this review so we can keep it our own little secret 😁 Stunning interior, wonderful and kind staff, clean and luxurious, located near Nin and close to Zadar which are two of the most romantic and stunning towns in Croatia. Just overall spectacular.
The room, hallway and swimmingpool were extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was cosy. The only sound you heard was when someone went in the hallway, there were no other sounds. There were many parking spots in front of the house. The hosts were very kind and hospitable. Our plane landed late in the evening and it was no problem for them. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and we noticed how very clean and safe the streets were.
