A beautiful and thoughtfully designed apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our bicycles were stored safely. Kind and attentive host family, including Don, their friendly Labrador. Close to all the interesting places in Zadar, and we were also given excellent advice for a great lunch experience.

Really attentive host who was on hand whenever needed. A very clean and comfortable accommodation, which was well kitted out. Our host kindly got up to see us off at 5.30 in the morning, with a gift of homemade olive oil (which we sadly had to leave behind). A supermarket and bar are conveniently a few minutes walk away. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The hot tub was a big bonus to the accommodation. The owner was great, kind, smiling and we received various surprises and gifts for the stay, which we really appreciate.
Whatever we needed to help, advise, deliver, he happily solved it.
We can only recommend a stay in this villa, even considering the location where everything is available nearby. We even had a bicycle at our disposal so that we didn't have to drive for some small shopping. Various beaches were closeby to max 10mins of walk. Perfect...

The location is superb. All main attractions of the Old Town are walking distance. The apartment is cozy and quite compact, though all necessary is there. Sauna is available for use.

Facilities in camp like toilets, sauna, gym, sun-beds etc are free to use. Mobile Homes are cozy, have their own privacy. Parking is available near Mobile Homes. We got fresh and clean towels every three days. Kitchen has everything you need to make meals everyday - and bonus: they have market for groceries in Camp that works on Sunday as well! Coming back, for sure.

Quiet, charming neighborhood. Close to cafes, bakeries and larger shops. Walking distance to the center and the beach. Additionally, great contact with the lovely, very helpful owner. Fruit, water and juice were waiting for us upon arrival. Great, warm atmosphere. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and beautiful place to relax.

As soon as you step through the entrance, you are greeted by very idyllic surroundings, an incredibly beautiful and cozy courtyard, which is also where you can sit when you dine at their delicious restaurant.

The flat is located right in the heart of the old town. Walking distance to Kolovare beach / or bus to Puntamika / Borik beach. Airport bus is also about 5 min walk. Flat itself is cozy, feeling like in cottage but with modern look. Kitchen with all the necessary facilities, comfortable bathroom and awesome terrace with an entrance to the block. We really loved the sealife old analogue photos taken from the owners´ father. Read about the exhibition and felt like a part of the family for a while :)

Hot tub and sauna were awesome.At the time we have been in Croatia for a couple of weeks and have stayed at several apartments. This is the first one that had a microwave and a toaster---nice touch. Very close to the Old town. After climbing numerous stairs to get to other apartments, we were happy this one only had six steps and you're in.
Room is amazing, modern, luxury like 5 ☆ hotels, not big but stuffed with everything that couple needs for romantic night/weekend. Hot tub is just PERFECT together with super comfortable bed. Self check in/out is another great and practical thing.
