When I was booking the villa, the price was quite low and there were only a few reviews, so based on experience, I was expecting something at best okay, but the villa turned out to be fantastic - it was beautifully decorated, perfectly equipped (we found EVERYTHING we needed and much more), and perfectly clean, just like the pool. The atmosphere was idyllic and cozy, and the owner was lovely and extremely helpful - I can't find any negatives about this stay. Everything was even more than perfect, and for that price, it was truly unbelievable. We were all thrilled. Additionally, from the port in nearby Pakoštane, you can go on a private full-day cruise with Luigia, which also impresses with its value for money - one of the best adventures of our lives!

the villa is amazing. the pool is large and clean, we used it during the day and after dark. it's a huge plus and advantage if you want relax. the villa is plug and play. just come and enjoy your vacation. the host Ivan was kind, he personally welcomed us and said goodbye. if you want a vacation full of peace and privacy, rustic house confidence is a really excellent choice. if we return to croatia, definitely to this charming place and villa. 10 out of 10 is really deserved. it was a beautiful holiday.

The vila was amazing- exceptionally furnished, clean and the pool was incredible! Beautiful family holiday with lots of stuff for kids and would highly recommend. The staff were also so helpful and friendly. The location is great- short walk to all the cafes, resultants and beaches. The owners are nice and good people, the swimming pool and the garden are beautiful and the views from the rooms amazing. It is close to town centre but also far enough so you have peace and quiet when you return back. The apartment is clean and cozy, and you can feel at home here. Big and well equipped apartment. The apartment is set up really cozy, like an apartment someone is really living in and makes you feel at home.
The balcony is more spacious than we expected from the pictures and we enjoyed eating outside each day.
The owner is extremely helpful and caring.
The flat also has a very good location - 10 minutes to the beach and city center. There are also several small grocery shops and bakeries close by, and a big grocery shop 1km away. The next bigger city Biograd is also only 5 minutes by car.
We liked everything! We had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were cozy, kitchen was well-equipped and spacious. It took five minutes to walk to the sea. Sitting on the terrace we adored the view.

We had really great time in this house. It is very modern and clean pleace with everything what you need, very good equipped kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. Swimming pool is quite big, especially regarding familly activities.
The location of the cottage is great. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood provides privacy. The owner Kristijan is very helpfull and always on call. We highly recommend this place!!!
The apartment was amazing and cosy for our family. We enjoyed that only 2 other nice families were there, so our vacation was quite private, no crowding by the swimming pool. The beach, restaurants and shops were in walking distance, and our hosts were helpful and nice.
Places determine beautiful holidays but most of all by people! Hosts create an atmosphere of hospitability and openness. The apartments were cosy and nicely designed. We are going to visit this place once more!
