Evan the host was very generous and kind to us, on arrival we raised a toast of home made liquor and had a beer or two, on departure day Evan offered us to stay at his river side resort as much as we wanted which was an excellent experience for family with children.

Nice, cosy, modern and well equipped little wooden house in beautiful, peaceful surrounding. River Korana is nearby and you can swim in small cascade waterfalls. I enyojed drinking coffee at the terrace surrounded by trees. The host is great. I would definitely recommend staying at Tree Elements.
Wonderful cottage with all necessary things available. Beautiful and peaceful location surrounded by nature, not far from the Korana river. It really deserves its name, Peace Creek. The host Josip and his father were absolutely lovely. They made me and my children feel very welcome and safe. Host Josip helped us with a lot of useful information about what to see and do in the region. Also, his communication regarding the booking itself was always quick and transparent.
We had a great time at Holiday home The Hive. The only downside was that we stayed only for 1 night. It's a beautiful little cottage. Spotlessly clean and cozy, with everything you need to spend your holiday comfortably. The beds are really comfy. The owner Helena was helpful and friendly and greeted us with their delicious honey. We definitely hope to come back sooner rather than later 😊❤️
The whole thing was so charming. There is a lovely garden surrounded by waterfalls, breakfast was excellent and great value, hot shower, cozy bed with the peaceful sound of running water. Milka the host was lovely, I felt like I was staying with my Croatian aunty. Staying overnight in Rastoke is a fairytale dream!
Very nice and cozy holiday home, you can feel the heart and effort the owners gave to the reconstruction of an old cottage. Everything was perfect, super clean and fully equipped, even some cold beers and juice for the kids were waiting for us when we arrived.
Location is very calm, little bit far to walk to Slunj Rastoke, but Helena was very helpful with information about free parking in the town.
New and renovated cabin. 2 floors, very comfortable for a family. The upper floor was very spacious and cozy with a swing and a huge smart tv. The location is excellent, minutes away from slunj and Rastoke. About 30 min by car from Plitvice. Private parking space for the car.
Great hospitality and amazing location, romantic room with wooden cladding, so you feel like you're in a cozy wooden hut, you can hear the water flowing all around the walls. Garden and pagoda in-between the waterfalls. <3
