Surrounding is very quiet, it feels like being in the woods, even if it’s not isolated and that’s good too. It takes 5minutes by car to go to the town to buy food, and where is a nice spot to chill on the river.
Location is great to go around in the region for trekking.
The patio outside is great to have barbecues or just to chill when it’s good weather, we used it to hung a hammock too. Inside is comfortable, small but cozy, kitchen is equipped enough, bed is comfortable enough - I traveled with my mate and our newborn and the host managed to give us a nice crib. Bathroom is pretty small but functional, also equipped with soap.

the hosts are very very nice, kindly and generous.
We stayed only one night, arrived late and left kind of early. The bathroom was spacious, it had a shower cabin, good water pressure. The staff was really nice. There is a large parking.
The cabin was very clean, modern and had everything you needed to feel at home, for the whole stay at the Forest Angel we felt like in a fairy tale and the surroundings really helped us to relax and disconnect from all noise and distractions from the city.
Communication was great and the fruit basket and bottle of wine were really appreciated by my partner and 6 years old son.
We would highly recommend this wonderful cabin and we will definitely come back.

The whole house looks better alive then in photos. Pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were great for relaxing. Kitchen is fully equipped, and the host was that attentive that she even brought caffee machine that we wished for. Beds were super comfy, and peace and the view are irreplaceable. Host is very kind and decent. Also she promptly reponds to messages and calls.

Nice setting in the woods with a good view. peaceful surroundings. Loved the fireplace, we had cold and rainy weather - unfortunately not snow 😉. Close to Risnjak Nature Reserve.
Beautiful house in a calm surrounding, we watched deer graze in the garden one morning. Beds are very comfortable, sauna is a plus, kitchen very well equipped. Everything spotless. Location is great close to Risnjak NP and Bijele and Samarske stijene.
