The location of the apartment was the highlight of our stay in Primosten. The apartment has a homely feel to it and both spaces were air conditioned which given that we were there in early August heat was very necessary.

We were a party on 7 (one 7-month old and 6 adults), the villa was spacious and had very good equipment for cooking meals etc. The pool was very nice, on the terrace there were enough different sun beds, also there were enough towels. The hosts had everything necessary for the baby - high chair, bed etc. Location was very nice, on the hill top and with a great view, only couple of other houses nearby.

Peace, peace, peace. A beautiful little house with all you might need on your holiday. Sparkling clean, remote and yet a fewm minutes drive to larger towns like Rogoznica, Trogir, even Split!
The hostess is kind and has managed to create a little peace of heaven (but with a hot tub! :))

just for info.. you are not renting the entire villa, but only the lower apartment (3 bedrooms) in a semi-detached villa (4 apartments in total), the upper apartment is occupied by the owner, the owner was nice, helpful, quiet, we didn't even know he was staying there, we had good luck with the neighbors in the other half of the villa, a young family, so also no problem with noise... so we were satisfied in the end

This accommodation was disappointing. We were expecting a 5 bedroom villa. It is not one villa, rather seperate rooms built around a common pool area. Whilst this was not necessarily a problem, it was not what we expected. The rooms are tired and in need of maintenance. Loose door hinges, window blinds that don’t work, shower screens and clips for shower screens missing. Not what we expected for the price we paid. On the positive side, the pool, terrace and view were amazing. and this is where we spent most of our time. Also worth mentioning the road into the property is narrow and steep. Not ideal for large vehicles. Regardless we had a lovely stay and Rogoznica was a beautiful place to visit.

Situated in an idyllic spot central to everything, this apartment was one of the top experiences of our stay. Ivica as a host was beyond hospitable, flexible, kind an informative. Primosten is a dream town for anyone travelling in Croatia and Ivica apartments the place to stay for certain.
This apartment was a fantastic choice for our group of friends. It’s perfectly located, just a 10-minute walk from both the Primošten old city center and the beach. The apartment was clean and modern, offering a cozy place to unwind. The available parking was very convenient. Our host was very friendly and helpful, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future.
The room was clean, cosy and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped and the AC worked perfectly. The balcony had a nice view of the sunset. The owner was super kind and even gave us a drive from and to the bus station, we also received a bottle of wine from him.
We didn't want to leave this wonderful place!!! There is no a lot of people. It is the place for calm and cosy hollydays. View from the terrace is wondelful, the sea is close- just few down strairs. We are gratefull for the owner of appartment for his kindness, helpfulness and of course - homemade presents. We recomend this place 💯%
Very nice, cozy, comfortable two-bedroom apartment. We stayed in the apartment on the 2nd floor, everything was perfect. Air conditioning, 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need for self catering. A cozy backyard with fireplace, where you can grill, outdoor table. Close to the sea with excelent beaches. Very beautiful old-town of Promošten is also very close.

Nice, clean, cosy, airconditioned apartment. Well-equipped kitchen if you like to cook during the holiday (we didnt use it). Coffee maker with capsules included. Owner is very kind and there is no problem with communication. Beach in nearby camping is only 3 minutes on foot. Town centre is few minutes by car or if you like walking you can walk cca 25 minutes along the see using The Coastal Way. Town Primošten is really romantic with nice baeches and delitious food in lot of restaurants.
