This is a cozy place located in the hills and away from the town center. There are two neighboring houses but both were vacant during our stay so everything was completely quiet at all times (except for us...). We had a little garden at our disposal. There is a nice solar shower in the terrace.
The main advantage of this apartment is that one can walk to the northern Lopar beaches. It takes about half an hour. The beaches are sandy and very shallow---perfect for smaller kids. If one wants to swim then one needs to wade in for at least a 100 meters. We also have a secret tiny pebble beach near Supetarska Draga where we used to go (drive to) in the mornings before taking a long siesta and then walking to the local sandy beaches in the evenings.
The landlady is nice and if there is any problem she is ready to help. She speaks Croatian and German.

We were there with a three year old child so we always had to use car to get to any beach, but everything was reachable within 5-10 minutes. Journeys to beaches such as Dubac were quite long and demanding given traveling with the small child. But the accomodation was perfect, absolute privacy and peace and quiet. I would only appreciate window nets as there was a lot of mosquitos.

Really great location with an easy 10-15min walk to nearby beaches. We hired ebikes from the location and had a fabulous day exploring the island and visiting Rab town centre. Highly recommend going further out than Lopar. Apartment was a good size and shower was very nice. The garden had a nice dipping pool, day beds and hot tub.
The apartment was clean, cozy and had everything needed. The owners were nice. Nice attention such as coffee, tea, fruit and water was prepared for us. Nice beach was nearby.
Hosts are supernice people, apartman is a few minutes walk from Paradise beach which our children enjoyed a lot. Apartman is well equipped, cosy and spacious with a large terrace and beautiful garden around.
Lovely quiet place at the top of a hill, nice romantic views. Well equipped house with a big fridge, that comes very handy as you cook yourselves there. Friendly lady living just next door, providing us with various tips and hints or just friendly talks. Many thanks!
It was very clean, cosy and new and very very close to the beach. We have spent our holiday in Lopar for 14 years it was one of the best apartment we rented.
