The villa was really nice, clean, with all equipments needed for 2 weeks of stay.
We were 2 families with children and we were very satisfied with everything.
The hot tub was a big bonus to the accommodation. The owner was great, kind, smiling and we received various surprises and gifts for the stay, which we really appreciate.
Whatever we needed to help, advise, deliver, he happily solved it.
We can only recommend a stay in this villa, even considering the location where everything is available nearby. We even had a bicycle at our disposal so that we didn't have to drive for some small shopping. Various beaches were closeby to max 10mins of walk. Perfect...

Very nice place to stay to discover Zadar region and you can even make a daytrip to Plitvice Lakes. The host waited for us although we were very late. Comfortable rooms. One bedroom has a private bathroom, two other bedrooms share the second bathroom.

Nicely placed within walking distance to the beach. Distanced from the road by a driveway and garden - it makes the place cosy. The big olive tree gives a shade, I could park the car in the shade, and it was very pleasant to sit outside on the veranda. Apartment is very clean and comfortable. The owners family are very pleasant people.
It was hotel-like clean and had lots of facilities such as shampoo, body wash, head cover, snacks, coffee machine, breakfast material. It also had dishwasher. Also the property had perfect smell in the living room and the toilet. The location was also nice. Cosy, friendly, and 5 minute walk to the sea! Not touristic snd super crowded spot.
We were warmly welcomed despite our late arrival. The hosts are wonderful people, very helpful and kind. The apartment is well-furnished, very spacious, and met our expectations. It has a great location, close to the bus stop and the beach, and just a short walk to the city center. The area is peaceful. You can also relax on the balcony. Bibinje is a charming town with a beautiful promenade very close to Zadar. We recommend staying here and in this apartment to everyone. Thank you for the hospitality!
Very close to the beach, nice cosy apartment fully equipped with all you need to enjoy your stay. Hosts are very helpful and provide you any help or guidance you need. I will strongly recommend to stay in this apartment.
Beautiful, clean house. Host was living downstairs. She was so kind and friendly. We had chance to try her home made walnut and cherry vine along with enjoying the beautiful small garden. The house is near the beach with cozy bar and grill restaurant. Zadar airport is just few kilometers away.
Cozy and clean room, well equipped with all the necessities and a spacious bathroom. Private parking. The hostess was the kindest and went above and beyond to make us feel at home and comfortable. Zadar Old Town and the Zadar airport are around 15 minutes by cab/car.
