The house is beautiful and we loved it.
It has everything you could need. There's plenty of hot water. Cleanliness was perfect. We even found several bottles of water left by the hosts for us, which we truly appreciated. The whole decor is in a marine theme, including the colors of the bed sheets, wihch combined with the very high ceiling, it makes for a very pleasant atmosphere. We visited in winter and we thank our hosts for the extra heater in the bedroom.
The terrace is large and has a great view of the sea. It comes with a retractible canvas roof which offers protection from both rain and sun. There is a parking space in the yard if you are travelling by car and also a space for children to play.

Amazing property right on the beach from where you can watch breathtaking sunsets. We had an amazing week at Palmaya Villa. It is situated right on the beach, across is a very nice taverna, 50m to a sandy small beach where you can have breakfast and a coffee, very god beach for children, 6 minutes by car to supermarket...you have everything you might need. Not to mention the property itself that looks amazing. You can make barbeque, enjoy the breakfast on the nice terrace, relax in the yard.
Christina, the host and her husband were very nice and helpful and always replied to any questions we might have.

The location of the accommodation was perfect. Located in the town and was one street back from the main busy road. The set up with three double beds rooms suited us very well - with two adults children. The kitchen and bathroom (only one) was a bit basic and dated. My request would for an accommodation information book which would share how things work in the apartment - such as the toilet and the check out procedures. The host was very responsive.

The hotel is simple, with a charming restaurant. My room had limited amenities, only AC and a fridge with a minibar (no price list, so I'm unsure of the costs). The balcony had a lovely sea view, and it was pretty cosy to wake up to the sound of roosters in the morning.
Our room at the ground floor with it's comfortable bed and it's little balcony situated under the trees. The nice traditional and simple decoration of the room. The fridge in the room. The drier to hang your wet bathing suits and towels after a visit at the beach. The cosy jazzy everyday atmosphere at the terrace restaurant. The very nice breakfast made with fresh products. The very well organized flyer to tell you what to you can do in the neighboorhood and how to go there.
Amazing location, beautiful surroundings and lovely, charming and helpful staff! Recommend the breakfast highly (it's really nice) and well worth the extra 10 euros. Really could not give a better review this hotel was perfect!
We thank you for everything! We felt very very good. The apartment is perfect, decorated with good taste. We also loved Vagia and the cozy little beach. We really felt in love with the location!!! The main reason we came here was Saint Nektarios, but we can't wait to explore more of the island next year, if God helps us! Thank you again for your hospitality and generosity! This is really a little slice of paradise. The apartment is right on the beach and is clean and charming with bright harmonious artwork. Lizzy and Cathy were lovely hosts. Falling asleep listening to the waves was perfection. It has everything we needed for a 9 day stay. We loved the little cafe and beach spot out front too. We didn’t want to leave and hope we have an opportunity to return ❤️
