The view, the ocean, the facilities were trully amazing. There are lots of very good tavernas nearby. You can even rent a boat that will pick you up straight in front of the villa! The staff was extremely, extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs, they really made our day many times organizing everything, thank you so much!!

This place makes me regret some of the ratings in the past, that I graded with 10. To be fair compared to that, this would definitely be at least an 11. Really cosy villa with 3 bedrooms, each with bathroom and terrace access. The host went beyond expectations in order to meet all our demands. Thank you very much.

Roussa stole my heart, I had been in many villas but part of my heart stay in Zakynthos with Roussa and her family. We cannot rave about this property enough. From the moment we stepped off the plane, we were greeted by the host with a driver to take us to the villa. They didn’t hesitate to help us with all of our luggage as we were traveling with 4 small children. We were then greeted at the villa by the hosts parents and immediately felt like family. They went out of their way to have a few staples ready for the children (milk, cereal, fresh fruit) as well as even putting rubber corner protectors on the glass coffee table so the children didn’t hurt themselves. They went above and beyond in every possible way.
The property was very clean upon arrival and cleaned everyday with new towels and pool towels. A special treat was also left by Marios’ mom which was an added bonus!
Marios didn’t hesitate to help in any way he could, from helping us arrange taxis to dinner suggestions. He was very attentive and responsive, ready to help in anyway we needed.
The location was nice and secluded from crowds and noise which we loved. There were plenty of towns just a short drive away but did require multiple taxi rides during our stay. Marios offered to drive us to the supermarket and our tour companies were also happy to pick us up from the villa. There is a small mini market within walking distance for staples. For boat tours we would recommend those leaving from Port Agios Sostis as that was a fairly quick drive.
The family accommodated our late check-out and even continued to check in with us after we had some travel issues with our flights.
These hosts are truly the most genuine people we’ve met. Their hospitality is one in a million, they made our vacation as seamless as possible. We cannot recommend this place enough and hope everyone gets the chance to stay here.

We visited Ktima Kourou by the end of the summer season and had a wonderfull time. The host is very friendly. It´s peacefull place in beautiful green garden, really nice, clean and romantic stone villa. And breakfast in outside terrace with fresh fruit was great ! Flowers were still blooming, birds were singing, it was like a small place from farytale.
if you want a relaxing break this is the place, we hardly seen anyone in hotel it has such a relaxed feel. the private pool was amazing as well as the hot tub in room.
Was there for 5 nights. Food is very good - wide selection. I do not know why some complaint about it. Maybe variety of snacks could be more. Our room had private pool(first flow) - it was very nice for kids. Very small, but cozy beach about 250m from hotel. Also ATM is in area, several stores are also in hand reach. There is option for late check-out if needed. Waterpark is inside hotel territory and is quite good. We booked it via booking com so tourist fee was included,
The location is rustic, is exactly as shown in the pictures and has a beautiful sea and mountain view. The host left us some coffee, water in the fridge, a complementary basket with edibles and also there were some local spices in the kitchen cabinets.Inside de apartment everything was very clean.

I liked the "little " size of the hotel, which makes it cosy, quiet, exclusive, with delicate, tasty decoration and elegant piano music in the lobby, away from mass tourism. No monster concrete building (the reason why I had picked it up)
Beautiful hotel with stunning sea views, the beach is lovely and more like private. Perfect place for a romantic holiday / celebration. Enjoyed the sun set by a stunning pool deck restaurant with music performance in the background. Rooms are amazingly gorgeous (especially the ones with a private pool)!
