Newly renovated 100 year old stone house over two floors in a small mountainous village. Extremely peaceful, with absolute silence (unless the locals are playing radio/tv outside). Beautiful views of the valley from a terrace and a balcony. Extremely comfortable bed, the best bed we had in Greece in a long time. Very comfortable furniture to lounge around. Air-conditioned. Fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. My wife absolutely loved it.

The location - a quiet street just back from the harbour - was perfect. Effy looked after us with such kindness, and even made us dinner one night. The house is beautiful, spacious and so peaceful. Location, villa, garden and views absolutely stunning! Fabulous combination of private waterfront, pool and hot tub and the balcony and seating areas all had incredible viewpoints. Lovely open plan kitchen and living space, comfortable bedrooms and the ground floor studio was great for the teenagers. Plenty of room for 7 of us to enjoy our stay. Sivota Bay is very pretty with wonderful places for food, drinks and boat hire, easily walkable too.
excellent location, short walk downhill to village/harbour- uphill on way back but good for the fitness! has everything you need for a self catering holiday, Dimitri who looks after the villas is delightful and has great recommendations for eating out and places to visit! the view is amazing, there is a bit of building going on around the area but doesn’t interfere. great pool although a bit chilly as we were early in the season!
