We love Mochlos and this villa just added to the experience. Great location a 5 minute walk from the harbour, lovely pool fantastic views across the bay to the island. Really clean and well maintained gardens. Friendly owner. Would stay again but for longer next time!

A charming boutique hotel, wonderfully designed. Perfect location in the most beautiful part of Sitia. Close to the boat dock, and all the bars and restaurants as well as a cute beach, a short walk away. At the same time, in a quiet and pastoral location. A nice breakfast is served in front of a wonderful view. And above all, we loved Ermioni's hospitality. She was available for us at any time, for any question and recommendation. There is no doubt, that she made our vacation in Sitia pleasant and better.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sitia. The apartment is clean and indeed really cozy. We felt really comfortable. The host helped us with everything and responded really fast. There were even some delicious snacks prepared when we arrived. Street parking was no problem for us (end of February) but be aware of all the small one-way streets in Sitia.

Our beautiful, large, leafy and airy apartment had two balconies and a fully equipped kitchen, definitely more than suitable for a week or more self-catering. The lounge area had a beautiful fireplace, sofa and dining table and lots of floor space. Views over Sitia and the surrounding countryside are stunning and the beach is about 2 minutes walk away, tops. The host was very friendly and very easy to reach via phone.
