We were two families staying together in one villa: 4 adults and 4 children, ages 4, 4, 2, and 1. We stayed for 4 nights at the end of August.
The house is simply spectacular. Meticulous thought has gone into every detail; it is beautifully designed and meets the standards of a 5-star hotel. The property is immaculately clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds. Everything is new, from the house to the garden. The pool is lovely, and the view is magnificent, with Mount Athos visible from the yard.
There's an outdoor kitchen and beautiful flowers throughout. It's a pleasure to be at the house, both inside and out. The location is also wonderful, just a few steps away from several tavernas and a small marketplace. A large, well-stocked supermarket is only a 3-minute drive away.
The hosts were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. They happily fulfilled our requests, providing a baby cot, a high chair, and warmer blankets.

The location was perfect and the view from the balconies is amazing. There is excellent snorkeling just in front of the apartment. The apartment itself was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. There is dedicated parking as well. Evi was the perfect hostess. She was gracious and super accommodating. Doxa is a fantastic host! She was always kind to us and ready to satisfy every requests. This accomodation is ideal for families and the perfect location if you want to reach the main beaches in Sithonia.
The owner is extremely polite. He kept asking us if everything was okay and if we needed anything. The room is clean and quite cozy, it is even much better than the photos. It has everything you need. The location is ideal. A 7-8 minute walk from the central part of the city and on the street there is always a place to park your car. We would definitely repeat the stay.

Charming facilities, It’s close to the beach, in a less crowded neighborhood. There is a local market near by, you can find bigger markets in the center of Sarti.
It was a wonderful experience at the most charming place. The rooms are elegantly decorated, and the delight of swimming in a private pool surrounded by stunning olive trees made it truly worthwhile.
