A perfect place with access to the amazing beaches. The house is located in a quiet area, surrounded by woods. There are almost no people around, which was perfect for us. The beach is in the distance of 10 minutes' walking or you can drive to the nearest parking location and drop the car there. Konstantin is a great host, guided us over the restaurants around, and was always in touch with helpful advice. It was the first time we visited the Sani area, and we regret we didn't do that before. The beaches around are for sure the best over all the Halkidiki area.

We liked the style of the house, and the pine forest, nice yard with good view. Detail on the house and inside are beautiful. Big rooms with comfy bed. Communication with the owner of the house was very good and fast answering. Place is quiet, great for family and friends. With car 3min to the closest beach.

Es ist sehr schöne Villa und ein schöne Anlage sehr ruhig. Ein tolle Strand mit genügend Parkplätze nur wir mussten immer mit Auto fahren das Haus war mehr auf dem Berg. Toll sehr zufrieden.
