The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. It has modern furniture and was well decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a lot of glasses and plates not just 4 plates like in most accommodations. It had a coffee machine, blender, dish washer.. and everything you might need. There is parking right in front of the apartment. The location was great. Quiet and peaceful. Right on the beach which was kind of like a private beach. The apartment had lounge chairs and umbrella. The location is also close to other beaches markets restaurants.. like 5-10 minute drive. And there were fewer mosquitos than in most places in Greece.

Our stay in this villa was exceptional. It was the ideal option for our big family with a baby. It is a very comfortable spacious villa, with a nice green garden, easily accessible, with a great access to the shops and the beach just nearby. We appreciated a lot the beautiful sea view from the balconies! We found the villa clean and tidy, all the baby equipment was available and the hosts especially kind and helpful. It will be definitely our choice for staying in Halkidiki in the future.

We stayed for a week (2 adults and 3 children) and found the house excellent. The bedrooms are big enough, the terrace is nice and you could feel the breeze, kitchenette has most of the amenities needed. The AC is only in the living room, but it's powerful enough to cool the whole floor if you keep the bedroom doors open. As a bonus, there are some goats and sheep in the neighbouring yard which was fascinating for the small ones :)

Everything was perfect, starting with the owner - Lady Tania was the most kind and supportive person that we ever met in Greece, the location is extraordinary as well as all the equipment which is in the house (literaly you have available all what is needed, even more). Also, the yard in front of the house is perfectly maintained and you have available everything for cosy resting outside. Shortly said - house from dreams!
The house is beautiful and clean - 2 small bedrooms (big and comfortable beds, big wardrobes with enough hangers) 2 bathrooms (shower cabins, a window, washing machine), big living room (great kitchen and lounge area, huge TV, nice wi-fi), great BBQ on gas outside, big and lovery yeard, private basketball field, hammock, very peacefull location, private parking... I really loved it and would come back perhaps yearly!
Beautiful, cozy hotel, with wonderful garden! Very close to the beautiful beach, near tavernas and restaurants. Marios is wonderful host, he gave us a tips for restaurants. We will be back again for sure, love for beautiful Greek village Possidi!
The house is located on a hill with amazing view, intimate location, far away from crowds of tourist You definitely need a car to come here, but that was clear for us.

Very well equipped kitchen with coffee maker. We could also use washing machine, which was a big plus for us.

The pool area is fantastic. The yard and garden are lovely. It’s a very cozy place. The area where the villa is located is quiet and gave us the same filling as the atmosphere on the Greek islands. The pool is well maintained by the owner.
