The host was very friendly and easy going, spoke perfect English, and explained in detail everything about the facilities. The location of the property is top, it is very close to the best supermarket in the village as well as a short walk from the promenade. Parking was always easy, which is a welcome bonus given the busy summer months and our large SUV. The pool was clean and well maintained. Facilities of the house are beyond average, everything works. Beautiful and cozy villa. It is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The villa is located in a very quiet and peaceful place. It is a little far from the central part of the city, but with children it is a maximum of 15-20 minutes walk to the promenade.
Everywhere is very clean. Communication with the host is easy. The place is very child-friendly - both in terms of entertainment and safety.

The villa is located at a beautiful, slightly elevated spot which provides for a nice view of the sea and somewhat of the local port (one can see the ferris to Thasos island coming and going throughout the day). Amenities wise, one has everything needed at their disposal - pans, plates, cutlery, mugs, wine glasses... Additionally, there are all the electric appliances needed for a comfortable stay - oven, big american style fridge, dishwasher, laundry machine, big flat screen TV.
The owner has invested a lot of time and effort into making the whole thing look and feel nice though - a huge number of palm trees - big and small decorate the garden. Two very big palms overlook the swimming pool, providing for a decent shade in the afternoons.

The house is great. The atmosphere feels like a travel back in time - like home at grandma‘s, but with facilities from modern life 🙂
It has air-conditioning in 2 out of 4 rooms, which was just enough. It was cool and shady inside, despite the heat outside.
The house has a lovely terrace looking at the street. And the neighbourhood is good. Very nice people smiling and greeting.
The accommodation was clean and cozy. The hostess was very kind and caring. Had left us fruits, yogurt, water, wine and juice in the fridge. And also lovely little welcome gifts.

The property is perfectly located next to the beach and a tavern, 2 minutes from big grocery chain. It was really cozy as if you were staying at at your home, with all necessary tools to maintain daily life, but few meters from the sea. The hosts were really welcoming and nice which contributed to our experience.

Apartment is a ground floor of modern villa. All interior and exterior design elements are done with great taste and well thought through to give the comfort, we enjoyed the atmosphere of the place.
Technical conditions of all premises was great, we had no problems.
Private garden was nice and cosy space, where we were sitting with a cup of tea. Fruit trees and bushes were protecting our privacy.
Importantly, located 5 minutes walk from the beach, extremely convenient.

Everything was perfect! The location is closed to beach and this is very important with children. The Lidl is on the next street. Everything was cosy and extremely clean. They clean and change towers and sheets every second day.
The bed and pillow are very cozy and you feel like home. This is our place in Nea Iraklica and will be back soon with more people and bigger company ❤️
We fell in love with that place! The flat is charming and cozy, very near to the center and has everything we needed.
